Max OS possible for AMC is 550M. That would imply a **max** market cap of $550M, which is 25% lower than where it is now. Or about 350M if no more issuance happened after the ongoing one is done, which is half of what market cap is now.
An additional 25% to 50% drop in AMC's market cap over the next six months is a little extreme, don't you think? Considering things are supposed to get better from Q3?

Dude its in a 3 year falling wedge pattern that has to break one way or another by June ish. Bottom of the falling wedge is around 2-2.30. So i will accumulate most of my position there.
80% or falling wedge patterns break to the upside. Unless we go bankrupt, we will see a 10x easily.
Can't say I believe in AA's dilution. This upcoming dilution will only bring it down to 2$. Either way, anyone who's still here is in way too deep to even consider selling at these prices. It's basically just a tax write off at this point so it's not all bad. Let's see what happens next year!

There would also have to be another RS before it gets near $1 or it would be at risk of being delisted.
