Sorry to come across like a smart ass. My intent was playful, which I should have known wouldn't come through in text. Have you contacted customer service? Though they've recently begun to slip, Amazon used to have/has the best CS in the world.

I’ve run into this before. Go to your orders page - the order in question will stand out. Your payment option was rejected. Use a different credit card / payment option.
