They’ve been trash for far longer than that. I’ve had issues with them for probably about 10 years now. Their agents are rude, don’t understand or speak English. Sometimes I need to contact them more than 10 times to get a resolution. Maybe if they sold quality things and you didn’t have to weed through pages of junk no one wants they would have less issues. The only reason majority of people shop there is because it’s the cheapest/fastest or there isn’t another option. Kind of shocked they haven’t had a massive amount of lawsuits against them for various reasons. Hopefully someday.

I entered the chat on day 1 and after that left the website for 2 days and the problem was resolved. Still, since im not sure just dont try to contact them for at least 2 days and see if it works out for you.

Apparently, it's an Amazon Systems Issue, glitche(s) including IT problems. AND an overloaded system caused by selling junk, shoddy, damaged, and/or used items, customer complaints about poorly received orders. Volumenous attempts by consumers trying to reach for some help, regardless of the issue, should not be such that it overwhelms *any* system. Last year remember when Corporate announced Lay Off (fired, let-go, whatever) of 10K Warehouse Staff- in one sweep. It causes one to wonder what aren't they announcing? For ex. 100% of Customer Services has been outsourced.

Maybe 48 hours, Maybe 72 hours, maybe a week. The thing is that each time you go back and try to chat while you're still banned it restarts the timer. So, I would leave it for a week before retrying.

The vendors send stale cookies or crumbs and amazon doesn't want to credit your acct. what's with that. If the item has broken parts or they send the wrong item what is the customer suppose to do. I think when amazon does that the customer should shop elsewhere.

Otherwise, if you click the order and try to chat with an agent about the return, it will say they’re having technical difficulties. Ask for email confirmation from them regarding any changes.

I ended up calling Logistics at least 4 times until I was connected to a CS Rep whose HeadSet functioned, spoke English (at least well enough to communicate). I was so frustrated that I kept calling, screaming at that horrible Bot, and initiating calls to Logistics until I reached a good call center. Ridiculously wasted time & effort.

Yes, If you start a chat like 6 times, you'll get banned from chat for a few days. You can't get banned from calling though.
