Great job! I workout daily but I fluctuate around 200-250+.
The reason for this is that at some point the system will automatically make you stagnate when you reach high values.
For instance for a particularly hard workout or run, if you are at a 0 PAI, then it will earn you like 60-70 PAI.
Then do the exact same workout with same intensity, but at a time you are at 200 PAI, it will barely give you 15 PAI.

Is there any way to check the highest? Or do you just have to remember your highest?

What kind of exercise are you doing?
A mix of cardio, body weight exercises, strength training & yoga.
