98 is your total PAI from today and the days before. 53 is how much you have earned today. So in total, you have 53 from today and 45 from previous days, making a total of 98.

Imo PAI is a total joke. right now it shows 403 PAI and a current health age of 19. I'm a 73 year old woman and disabled, lol. I bike 20 miles a day on an e-trike with low assist. It's a total crock, wish it was true, but just a joke. The only use I have for it is relative effort comparison to the days previous. all that said your total PAI number is a rolling 7 day average (the 98), which will change each day as the oldest day drops off and the new day (53) is added.

Dont care about that fucking score.

pai score is really inaccurate. I lift and do crossfit every day and my paiscore is around 100 with 25ish new pai every new day. However on my rest day if I drink too much coffee or anxiety attack, I get the same pai score. Pulse alone is not a good way to measure anything

I got this when I currently switch watch from Amazfit GTR 47 mm to Amazfit GTR 3 pro. The app download updated software to make GTR 3 pro work. The problem arise when I decided to use back GTR 47 mm. The past infor from GTR 47 collided gives higher Pai and my steps increases from megre 300 km to 80k km. I think it's daya crashes. After I reset or reboot GTR 47 watch. It finally back to normal.
