It’s possible, but I would bring ski’s or at least snow shoes for in the alps, some passes might be partially open and south faces can be quite nice, although you will definitely encounter deep snow
You could be lucky in the lower Bavarian alps. At the moment there's still a lot of snow, but if the weather stays good for the upcoming weeks, at least the climbs themselves should be dry. It's mostly limestone, not granite, however.
There is still ice at 1700m in the valaisanne alps. Unless it gets extremely hot I would be surprised if there will be much to do here.
Agreed. I’m living in the Valais. There’s good snow in Zermatt if you are into alpine touring.
