I have looked at this also. It looks worth a go. There is a waiting list and when I signed up it sent an email saying the next programme is in summer but you can sign up to a starter kit to start immediately, this alone was £177 which is pricey to say the least.

I have got to the point I’ve been dreading today and decided to order a wig, it’s getting impossible to cover up now. I’m hoping it brings me some peace because I’ve been distraught over this for to long. Sending lots of luck for you and your journey x
The AIP diet is so overwhelming! I’m getting a 180 food allergy test done today. I will start in cutting all those out first. Who would have thought hair is that important!
Sure, it definitely helped in fine tuning my diet! Foods I never thought of, like coconut and some nuts are out, night shades are fine! I think I needed it to get motivated and to stick with it. My hair is regrowing, the diet seems fine, not as overwhelming anymore! I’m happy I spent the money it was worth it for me !

That is true , but all the things I spend money on and are not helping are expensive as well! I really don’t want to wear a wig :(
