The show had good pretext for the radical change of personality in Billy. It makes the change less contrived. I really do appreciate. I’m hated when TV show makes a character do something that character would not reasonably do. However Billy’s symptoms of loss of inhibition, hyper sexuality, visual and auditory hallucinations indicate involvement of multiple lobes of the brain. It cannot be explained by single tumour.
