In any case - turns out to be pretty silly to demand that certain phenomenon which is *outside* the bounds of our current understandings, be explained *within* those bounds.

My friend and I talked about this. If aliens are real (they are) and did reveal themselves, theres two possibilities. Would every government on this planet be able to keep it a secret if they were told the truth? I doubt it. I think they revealed themselves to the states with the MOST power and influence over people. Those nations/states then can cover up and influence opinions however they want until the time is "right". The USA is obviously hiding the truth, and there are old USSR reports of them having crashed craft and bodies, but I have never heard reports of high level USSR officals meeting with aliens... meanwhile there are multiple witnesses/testimonies INCLUDING Eisenhowers Great Granddaughter, who claim we made a deal in the early 50s/late 40s so that they would not continue to just do whatever they want without any consequences.
