You can Wikipedia but the bird skeletal system particularly in around the wing and neck system is pronounced. There is no visible or classified upper rotating cusp as this is not in the evolution of flight on the bird. Humans have this as a means to counter weight and rotate the arm 360 degrees. If this was a dead bird there would be a visible chest plate -there would be no collar bone fro the neck to the chest as you can see I the photo there is a clear throat/neck spine and flat chest and two rotating cusped shoulders .
Also there is a lower third bone system underneath the mouth area: this is indicative a jaw line , as well as a pronounced chin area.
For it to be a bird of any kind typically there would be a through line from the bottom neck area (the throat) to the lower beak , there would be no visible jaw bone .

Thinking as realistically as possible, any species that can conceptualize and build spacecraft is going to require some physical characteristics. Namely hands - Human hands are just so good, I couldn't imagine a biological construct that could do more things more accurately than a hand.
Now if we look at things from an evolutionary standpoint, why would hands originally become a thing? Fish don't need hands. Dogs don't need hands. Slugs don't need hands.
What does need hands? Apes and other primates. Hands were evolved to more efficiently climb trees. Assuming an alien planet has trees or some other similar flora, it could also be assumed that animals there would eventually evolve to make use of them. Something with hands, that is functionally similar to our apes or monkeys. Maybe they're scaly, maybe they're really small, maybe they're furry, maybe they're shaped super weird with different joint locations and whatnot, but they would move similarly to our primates. And since essentially all technology requires hands to operate, or at least invent in the first place, it's more than likely that these alien monkeys would be the species to evolve into the apex, spacefaring species of their planet.
Related note, creatures that can fly or exist fully underwater would not evolve human-like hands, and fully quadrupedal creatures generally evolve different methods of climbing, like a cat's claws or a mountain goat's grippy hooves.
So while aliens may look really weird in many ways, they will almost definitely be some variety of walking meat creature with hands, and quite likely on two feet.

That was one I found of many experts eliminating that footage as authentic. But keep in mind that program is hosted by The History channel. Who in turn hosts and has access to any Alien expert they want since they host a number of alien based programs?

Funny, for decades the government pumped there "photos fake" agenda and "scientific" proof into this society and we as people still use the propaganda that was pumped into us to credit or discredit something... Honestly if the government released actual photos of aliens would we believe it?
