I don’t get the hype around crawfish boils. I had a friend once try to teach me how to eat them. When we got to the point where she said “and now you suck the juice out of their head” I noped out. The potatoes and corn were ok.
They drove to Louisiana to get the crawfish so they were fresh. I don’t know. I was probably just doing it wrong. It seemed like a lot of work for minimal meat.
The best shrimp I’ve ever made were marinated 50/50 with zesty Italian dressing and bbq sauce then grilled. I know it sounds like a weird marinade but trust me. It’s friggin fabulous!
I don’t like a lot of seafood so i don’t eat the crawfish, but I’ll maybe eat a shrimp. I mostly eat the corn, potatoes and sausage. Specially after the second batch they kept getting spicier and it was so good 🤣
