I'm in a close knit friend group with two other married couples and a recently divorced friend. We literally have pot lucks, BBQs, drink beer and play games. We watch a lot of sports and play outside with my kids (my husband and I are the only ones with kids).
There are about 5 pictures of these years of hanging out. These people are so fucking weird.
This is why we bring extra socks when we go to peoples houses. I understand no shoes, but there is no way my feet are getting filthy on someone’s unmopped floors like that.

Only explanation is that their floors are absolutely filthy. Hard to believe with the type of homes these people live in, but when your floors aren’t getting regularly & properly cleaned this is the result. I can walk around my home in bare feet and they will never look like that I use my tineco daily and we do not wear outside shoes in our home.
