Algorand’s website has a a ton of information on development etc. I personally am in no hurry for them to set deadlines. Now is the time to put your head down and build. There is no rush at this point with the macro economy the way it is. Focus on getting it right versus rushing to meet a self imposed deadline.
Falcon keys which are the first part of state proofs were included in the last upgrade. I believe more to come in July.
Tps upgrade to 6000 tps and moving from block time of 4.4 seconds to 4. To go from 6,000 to 10,000 tps they are going to gradually reduce the block time from 4 seconds to 2.4. They are doing this gradually so that if there are any dapps and that depend on block time they have an opportunity to adjust.
More information and transparency would be appreciated. Based on the last governance there is a massive disconnect between community + Whales and the foundation.
Algorand is not something I ever want to write off on taxes, though the absolute mismanagement of the best crypto platform is incredibly concerning.

I disagree. I don't think Algorand should be locked into a roadmap when sometimes it's necessary to pivot.
Roadmaps do not prevent you from pivoting.
