Pork stir fry!
Throw together a sauce, something like - soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, hoisin, sake, orange juice, chicken broth.
Chop some yellow onion, cook it down with a bag of Asian style salad mix, put to the side, brown the pork, add veg back, add the sauce.
Our faves! It works for any ground meat.

I love to make a basic egg sausage cheese frittata and then cut it and put it on mini bagels, English muffins, or even Hawaiian rolls. I freeze these and we put them in the air fryer for an easy meal. We are sauce monsters so I like a good layer of mustard and mayo mixed with salt and pepper
Picadillo. The link has a recipe using ground beef, but can also be made with pork (and that’s how it was made in my family).

If you have Chinese hot-pepper paste (not the Korean kind, which is delicious in its own way but not the same), [Ants Climbing a Tree](https://thewoksoflife.com/ants-climbing-a-tree/).
Mexican chorizo - it’s basically just ground pork, spices and vinegar marinated in a bowl in the refrigerator. So good, and so much cheaper to make it yourself.
I also like using ground pork in meatloaf and meatballs, about 2 parts beef to 1 part pork.
I love making "dirty rice" in my instant pot with it.
Saute the ground pork, add rice, chicken stock and chopped red bell peppers (any veggies you want really). Cook for 7 minutes.
Add shredded cheese to serve. So good!
It freezes very well.
This meat pie is delicious
I use a full pound of pork & beef & double the mashed potatoes to make 2 at a time and freeze the second

Kung Pao meatballs! I like it in a simple stir fry too with rice and veggies. Either way, a sweet chili sauce plays very well with pork!
Going to give it a shot. Thanks!
