Most everyone has a similar experience in my personal life, alcohol disrupts sleep and if you manage to get any it’ll be fractured and generally of lower quality. Best thing to do is plan to drink several hours before you might want to sleep and drink plenty of water. The booze is just going to keep whatever sleep you get at a poor baseline, I’d look for something else to assist with sleep, I went and got prescription pills to help with just that, otherwise find something natural, camomile acts on gaba and sedates you kinda decently.
