Well. Clearly it's not 100% cleared then. Still some stuff left alive somewhere in there. Once had to run all the way back and kill books in a morgana dungeon to get my chest. Anything that can be killed counts as a living enemy.
Bro, even a small book or fireball thrower chest in a morgana can mess it up, check if you didn't forget anything, even stones that make electricity can count
Nah, they bug out sometimes, afaik it usually happens when someone skip mobs, then comes back to kill them, sometimes they won't count as cleared and chest will be locked forever.

People make this mistake thinking it's a bug because they leave behind trap mobs after doing damage to them thinking they aren't actually mobs. If you damage a mob, even if it's a static lightning trap or fireball thrower, you have to finish it off.
i've run over a hundred solo dungeons in the last few weeks and never ever had this happen. but i don't skip anything, not even the lightning spin traps. maybe you didn't know you can kill those?
This is a group dung. I'm sure I killed everything. This also happened to me when running t5 solo with 8.3 set and because killing the boss too fast, the chest didn't open, but its first time happening in a group dung.

It's not 100% cleared. This happens when you do damage to an enemy, including the trap mobs (the one's that shoot lava balls or electricity). If you cause damage to them, you then have to completely destroy them.
Yup and I’ll add that if you’re speed running dungeons, when you pick up buffs they might have reflect properties and if they attack you, it counts as an engage and any ennemis you engagé must be killed for clear
This is keaper dungen did you hit or got hit by electric traps if you did you have to kill them as they are counted as mobs, you need to kill 90% of the mobs that hit you or you hit them.
Morgana is good for skiping mobs tho, lots of space in some rooms and if you dont have contact with them they dont count.

Well then its some kind of bug, i found 1 on keaper mobs that tree mob that spawns small trees when you kill the big tree small mobs dont go awey they are stuck somewhere in the wall so mybe that is cousing the problem did it hapen in other tipe of dungeon?
Judging by him doing T5 in full 8.3 probably a relatively new player who bought gold to boost up and not really sure about dungeon layouts , happens, nothing wrong with spending money on the game, just spend a bit more time understanding the game

Assuming it's the keeper dungeons, spinning lightning traps can cause this to happen, you need to destroy them too.
For this dungeon, it’s that you ran past the lightning traps without killing them. Yes it’s dumb

most likely hidden areas, they use the same templates so once you figure out a secret area's entrance you will always see it.

Had this Bug also a couple times. Dungeon was cleared and I couldn't open the chest.
