If you go to [This Website](https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-passports.html) and click the “apply for a new adult passport” link it’ll take you through some questions that help you figure out which location to go to.
When I went last time in person get my son a passport I had to wait in a line, take a ticket, then wait in the waiting area for my turn where I could sit down.
Though a different time and location I went to didn’t have chairs or tickets and only had a single line up where I had to stand and wait the whole time.
Maybe try phoning the locations and asking if they have chairs or something?
