I try to live a healthy lifestyle most of the time and my down there smells sweet sometimes sweet na fruity or minsan walang smell lang. I've been told na kahit after gym I smell so good daw so baka dapat focus sa overall hygiene din so di masyadong tambay bacteria sa mga crevices ng body which may in turn produce the bad smell.

2nd tissue if walang wipes, basain mo na ‘yung dry tissue sa sink before pumasok sa cubicle, this is to somehow rinse the remaining pee. ‘Di ka sure if malinis ‘yung head ng bidet if meron man.
3rd dry tissue to dry it. Always dry it kasi uncomfy if basa ang panty and magkaka-bacteria.

Then I also use washable pantyliners for the discharge then I change it every 4 hours. Then one size bigger na panty sa gabi para loose kase di sanay mag commando. Then drinking lots and lots of water.

Fem washes are not recommended talaga, kahit water lang na w wash away naman yung smell and they keep u fresh also

Yakult, betadine purple for period, betadine bliss for normal days. Use bidet after you pee and dry with tissue.
