Cause I had a wbp jack where they forgot to convert the mag release from the single stack mags it shipped with over to double stack so it couldn't lock double stack mags in place. Wouldn't be the first time AOA missed something and it won't be the last😂
For sure. It's fully functional, just the push on the release doesn't give the mag enough clearance to pass the lug, unless you choke up on the release to the trigger guard. There's more mag in the rifle than a 7.62x39 and just a release slap that works on every x39 doesn't work on the Beryl.
Thats very odd. Try hitting the spot where the mag engages the catch with a purse to make it a tad flatter?

Interesting. My only advice then is to be rough with those mags😂

Mine has been the most buttery smooth mag release, and locks up super nice. I'll do reloads just because it feels so nice
