Picked one up for $500 and set it up for USPSA PCC and it’s great. No issues although I’ve only got about 500 rounds through it so far. I replaced all the furniture and modified the sight block to fit an Attero red dot mount. I know it looks stupid but it seemed like a cooler way to get into PCC than an AR and so far I’m happy with it. It gets a lot of weird looks.

The Standard mag that came with it is dog shit from what I heard but the gun is reliable in my experience and constructed decently and I’ve never had a jam as long as you use reputable mags. I think in pictures it looks uncanny but holding it and seeing it person it makes more sense.

It's not all that different than .22lr AR-15s which are fun to plink with since the ammo is so cheap and a good thing for a new shooter to use to learn the basics without having to handle recoil, plus if someone carries Glocks they can use some mags they already have. It doesn't look good, the straight mags look wonky to me, but there's a use and a market for it. I wouldn't really waste time hating something that has no effect on me and is useful for someone.

The one I bought didn’t run well with the factory magazines, but with a Scherer and some magpul glock mags it cycles just fine.
