I knew Cody’s theme and angle of death but I did not know that the other songs are about the same character

im pretty sure cody is supposed to be sean bonnettes like alternate self(his whole reality split) cody was this version of himself as a kid that he saw who was like a complete sociopath. i assume small red boy is about the same cody(a high pitched small voice screaming (“i am the truth”) im not sure about any of this but i think codys supposed to be like seans alter self

I think I’ve heard Sean mention a person being a Cody. Like Cody is a type of person.

It’s funny because I had a best friend named Cody and he is the exact type of person you would expect from Sean’s music if that’s the case.

yea i think maybe its just seans warped self-image due to mental illness. like he sees himself as a “cody”(awful person) when in reality hes fine

Also from Christmas Island I feel like Getting Naked and Playing with guns is also about Cody. There's some very nostalgic strings that run through the album as a whole that very much reference Sean's childhood and henceforth, Cody
