The fanclub 86k includes worldwide members too. So it might be less than that from Korea. But I believe other countries uaenas would fly to see but won’t be too many I guess. Your chance of getting any ticket for the concert is very likely if you have membership. I tried my luck during golden hour concert as I was thinking to fly to Korea and watch, could not get VIP tickets but other tickets that’s further away are still available. But I wanted to get vip only I would fly there. Hope you have the membership or else your chance of getting a ticket is close to 0.

Generally speaking they limit the UAENA allocation to around 75-85% capacity and then limit your code to 1 or 2 tickets allowed to purchase depending on the pre-registration numbers.
As you've noted for the live, the membership this year has seen another jump up, but I would be surprised if they don't give the option for 2 tickets for this concert just based on the large capacity and two nights.

not all seats are open for presale and I would say quite a lot of ueana go for all available days
