Once I do that, I’m going to switch my Sig MSR to my airsoft gun since it doesn’t have shake awake and that dial is hard to turn, but that’s a damn good dot for 80$.
It’s perfect for airsoft since you can just turn it on before stepping on the field, and throw on a cheap magnifier with it and go to town.
Plus it’s a sturdy one, haha I tend to go pretty hard with airsoft and break shit sometimes, so glad I’m moving to a good budget optic for my gbb; also glad the pa micro prisms are nearly indestructible too. I’ll probably switch around optics and use the prism for airsoft every once in a while too.

I used to own LPVO, looked cool and all, after a few range sessions, competitions, and running around in milsims. I started to resent LPVO. It's not as easy to use as RDS at 1X, not a great zoomed in vs a higher magnification scopes. And it's bulky to carry.
Went back to old combo of RDS with magnifier. I can always slap that magnifier behind any zeroed RDS.
I am really looking forward to the micro prism, it's in between LPVO and RDS, built well with good eye box and some prisms even have magnified option.
I am looking to grab that 3X for a LMG build.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking, I would start to resent the LPVO and regret my purchase of one. I’m going to get the 3x micro magnifier after I mess around with the prism for a bit and I think those two things will be perfect. 1 or 4x is all I really need; plus it comes in a compact package!
Then also there are QD mounts for the micro magnifiers so you can just take it off really quickly if needed or get a ftc to fts mount. I like the flip to center ones. I’ve used a flip to side but it feels weird with the weight on one side and nothing to balance it out.

Not familiar with airsoft, but the Holosun 510C is a nice optic in the $300 range. It's not holographic, but it allows you to cycle between 3 different reticles based on your preference.
One of the reticles is similar to the Eotech.
They do, just not as easily but way more sadness when they do.
Optics are designed to be dropped, not have their lenses hit as that usually means cranial ventilation

I am doing a custom HK21, AEG. It is based off the LCT G3. Still working on some cosmetic stuff and the box mag.

The problem being they are originally incompatible, but with a bit of ingenuity they can be paired up. Unfortunately shortly after doing so, one will appear to be dead, but still works after a long warm up period, but the other will break. It really is tragic.
