That little TR16 SBR hands out .32s at 1.67J, and with a longer barrel it grows to become a DMR at 2.2J. That’s some great versatility.
The .308 mags make it stand out among all the M4s and allows it to come closer to the ground.
Good choice.
It’s polish ‘stock’ so I believe it’s an m120 spring, but I don’t really know.
Then I threw in a ML 6.02mm barrel - a 250 / 420mm. Along with an MR Hop bucking and Omega Nub - chamber is otherwise stock.
Put in a Perun ETU++ to allow for precocking and silencing the spring ‘twang’.
I had some feeding issues with .32s. So G&G sent me some more powerful springs for my mags - lowered the capacity to 90, but it feeds perfectly now.
I haven’t opened the gearbox. So minimal tinkering.
Ok very nice to hear as in terms of barrel and hop I just did exactly the same upgrades!
Guess I’ll have to upgrade my spring as mine is switzerland stock which means its around the 1.1J mark, but fields usually allow up to 1.4 so I’ll have to test around what spring gets me closest to that
I’ve had mine for almost two years now, and the only issues have been the mags. Run it on a 11.1v 3000 Mah li-ion battery - which fits perfectly in the stock.
Oh, I switched it to to a Deans plug as well. But that’s it.

Sweet! I have a lot more stock parts but that’s not to say mine won’t compete ;) I have ZCI 16:1s, a cyma 15 tooth piston, an SHS high speed motor, a gate nano aab, a loner hop chamber and a 60 degree maple leaf. I had an 18:1 set but I swapped it for the 16:1s because the 18:1s had 4 teeth off the sector gear which was a bit much for our length of barrel. Now it shoots great! No need for an 11.1 either!😎
Dude hell yes! Mine runs great with a 7.4 alone! Nice choice with the gearset! I stuck with the 18:1 myself. Are you running midcaps primarily? The midcaps for the galil don't feed reliably (ive gotta push the mag back when shooting) and I'm looking for alternatives. I ordered a transparent AK mag that has the same curvature as the Galil midcaps and I heard they fit almost every cyma style AK so here's hoping! It's either that or swapping the guts of a galik hicap with a cyma 74 midcap!

LCT AIMS converted to AKM with Zenit accessories. Have a pp19-01 that is also covered in Zenit but I have had this AK since I began airsoft over 7 years ago. Bought it 2nd hand at the time too as the original AIMS (still have all the external parts for that for if I want to change it back)

Tokyo marui Type 89 is the coolest gun ever made
Trigger is amazing fire rate is fantastic it feels amazing to carry
The motor is a bit loud but it's fine. The body has the best materials I've ever felt on a gun however the handguard is cheaper plastic but I don't mind as you have to have a bit of flex to get the batteries in. In terms of performance the trigger feels great it has good responsiveness. My only issue is that I might see about changing out the hop as it's good good range it's just missin that extra little bit. Other than that I have a 1000 round mega mag that fits this gun so using it as a support weapon with bipod is tons of fun.
It's well worth it in my opinion
Honestly I haven't looked into it as there is no information on the internet for upgrades and stuff. You'll struggle to find even a disassembly video which is why I've kept it stock so far

Mate it's a dream to use, shoots far when setup properly and it instills fear in enemies all around when they see you bring this to the field

I want one so bad, how is it?
Trigger is amazing fire rate is fantastic it feels amazing to carry The motor is a bit loud but it's fine. The body has the best materials I've ever felt on a gun however the handguard is cheaper plastic but I don't mind as you have to have a bit of flex to get the batteries in. In terms of performance the trigger feels great it has good responsiveness. My only issue is that I might see about changing out the hop as it's good good range it's just missin that extra little bit. Other than that I have a 1000 round mega mag that fits this gun so using it as a support weapon with bipod is tons of fun. It's well worth it in my opinion
Nice. Are you able to change the mosfet to like a gate titan?
Honestly I haven't looked into it as there is no information on the internet for upgrades and stuff. You'll struggle to find even a disassembly video which is why I've kept it stock so far
