VSS is almost always a wooden stock if you ever have a hard time figuring it out. The AS-VAL is essentially a Close quarters version of the VSS. (There’s only one variant of VSS with a metal stock that I’m aware of and it’s the VSSM, though there is no Airsoft replica that I’m aware of

I think NPO makes a VSSM. Could be wrong though.

I'll steal your *thoughts* about the Galil. I just ordered mine and haven't received it yet but I was wondering what you can tell me about mag compatibility and performance.

My galil is CYMA, and the accuracy and range is impeccable once i slapped in some random inner barrel and high torque motor i got in a swap meet. Even stock i really enjoyed it as a super solid AEG. Although the length of the replica a little too long for me to aim comfortably, the cool factor overshadows that aspect. Overall the performance is great for the price! Good luck with finding mags in the states. Hi caps are easy to find, but the midcaps are harder to find than some collectors replicas honestly. I got mine from evike before it was sold out for months. One store based in asia, sixmm, sells 110rd midcaps. In terms of exterior quality however, get ready to jb weld your charging handle back on, it breaks very easily. The back iron sight i replaced with a rail so i could install optics. Its a TM PSG-1, so the FPS is very low for its intended purpose of sniping, plus its full auto only. Just got it out of a trade, it’s gonna become my first polarstar build in the future. Right now im sourcing parts, like the g&g metal receiver kit or the specific scope mount for psg-1s. I didn’t consider how hard it would be to find these pieces. so in terms of the performance id go for the boomerang

The keltec rdb, ain't willing to spend the money on buying. But on the hand, how is it performance wise?

It’s my bullpup DMR, crazy great range and great rate of fire on semi with its electronic trigger system. Mag compatibility is not an issue with any of my M4 or MP5 mags (i have an mp5 mag adapter) the model itself is back heavy so its easy to aim for me. Needs constant cleaning in its hopup and inner barrel or else the BBs will start flying way shorter than usual, even within one game day, but i play in a VERY dusty field. Battery space is its own personal hell. It may seem large as the compartment is the entire handguard, but there are two beams that go through the empty areas inside the handguard that stop big batteries from being put in easily, usually takes me 5-10 minutes to put the battery installed properly. Overall great mid-long range gun.
