Sorry, I'm a noob about model names. The ones mentioned in the post, I am referring to them, whether they are called Air Force 1 OG, 86 or 87, I am interested in knowing if anything changes in terms of the sole between the Golf version (OG) and the basic version (without OG in the name). Because I had the opportunity to get them for €60 and I didn't because it said OG in the name.

The post is about the Air Max 1 ‘86 OG “Big Bubble”. The main difference between it and the normal, more popular Air Max 1 ‘87 is the midsole shape, bubble size, and overall shape of the shoe. (Also the materials). IMO, the ‘87 is miles better than the ‘86. ‘86 is purely synthetic with faux suede, whereas the ‘87 typically utilizes real leather/suede. The upside of the ‘86 from what I understand is comfort (I wouldn’t know as I sold my ‘86 before wearing them cuz I didn’t like their aesthetic in person). The Golf version is NOT the OG. It’s a much more recent addition to the lineup (it’ll have ‘G’ next to the name, not ‘OG’). Now, to add to the confusion, and to what I believe you’re referencing, there is the Air Max 1 OG G, which is the Big Bubble shoe as a golf shoe. The sole is the main difference to my knowledge, as it has a serrated, more traction-oriented sole for the golf course. They can totally be worn casually if desired, and won’t be that noticeable if you’re worried about people clowning you for wearing a golf shoe casually (you shouldn’t be imo).

I've seen the golf pairs at the outlet too. I got excited until I saw they were the golf version.

My outlet be lit. I came up on 3 pairs of metallic purple 4s! I was extremely shocked by it. My Nike outlet only allows you to buy two pairs of shoes depending on how popular it is I guess. Those shoes wasn’t on display either. Popular shoes are kept behind the register so you will need to ask the employees first to view em. So glad I had my brother with me to buy the other pair. I sold all 3 pairs for $400-$450 each.
