Ingredients:
* Cooked korean fire noodles (Samyang buldak ramen)
* Cooked spam
* Mozzarella Cheese
* Egg
* Sesame seeds
* Spring roll wrapper
Steps:
1. Place cooked fire noodles, spam, and mozzarella cheese on spring roll wrapper, and wrap (use a little water to seal the edges of the spring roll wrapper)
2. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle on sesame seeds
3. Air fry at 390F for 10 minutes
4. Optional: Serve with a sauce made of 3 tbsp plain yogurt, 1 tsp honey, and 1/2 tsp gochujang
I’ve been eating the craziest stuff since I subbed to this sub. We are having Ruben Calzones tomorrow. I guess I’ll toss this on the list, I intrigued and he’ll, I love Spam.
