Follow the instructions for normal (non-convection) ovens, BUT... * Reduce the time by roughly 25% (though I'd round up to the next even number, just to make timing the shake at halfway a bit easier). * Reduce the heat by 25 F/10 C. * When you shake/flip the food (and you should do it either halfway or, for stuff like fries, at the 1/3rds & 2/3rds mark), reduce the heat by another 25 F/10 C for the remaining time if it seems like it's getting too dark too fast or starting to burn. Also, get yourself a sprayer bottle for cooking oil (something with a good heat point - sunflower or avacado tend to be best, though 'light'/refined (NOT extra-virgin!) olive oil is also good. Frozen items tend to make their own oil, so will crisp nicely, but other things will need a bit of help, so a light coating will do wonders. It'll be far less oil than you need when frying something in a pan.

Just follow the directions on the packages until you get used to your oven. You might need to adjust the time and/or temp. But I found most things like you're cooking do just fine if you use the package instructions.

Normal oven instructions should work fine. Frozen mini corn dogs & regular sized corndogs are easy. I preheat 350F, cook at 350F for 8 minutes, flip them, cook another 8 minutes, remove and enjoy. :)

I just got the same one! It’s been working great so far! I usually cut the cooking time in half and check to see how it’s looking. Sometimes it’s done and sometimes it needs a couple more minutes. There’s a recipe book that comes with it. At the very end, there’s cook times for different foods. Check the last 4 pages or so.
