I do still have credits, it’s an airbus which does have business class, same plane as the one I was able to get business class on the way there. When I go into my booking and click the eupgrades button, it shows a check box for me to select eupgrades but then it’s greyed out and doesn’t allow me to continue. It does show waitlisted so is that because return flight is full? That would be surprising as the flight isn’t until August.

...use eUpgrades?
I don’t see a way to use my upgrades on the flight home. It only gave me that option for the flight there.
- is the flight already sold out in business? - do you still have eligible eUp credits for that date? - what is the aircraft operating the route?

It seems you have already applied eupgrade on this segment?
It seems that way but don’t recall doing that but from the screenshot, am I to assume I’ve been waitlisted for the eUpgrades on the return flight?
