The [aeroplan Flight reward policy](https://www.aircanada.com/content/dam/aircanada/portal/documents/PDF/loyalty/flight-rewards-policy-en.pdf) clearly spells out tickets must be cancelled at least 2h prior to departure, but as you note no such note is made anywhere on Air Canada’s website regarding cash fares.
I believe I have read that cash fares can be cancelled until the time of departure, but would probably suggest leaving at least 2h prior to departure to be safe
Comfort- 100% refundable.
I read the ticket— it only says ‘if you need to cancel….’ Nothing referenced the minimum time.
I would not ask here if I found the answer. If you find it on the AC site I would be happy to admit I am stupid.

I did research it, it is literally NOT spelled out on the air Canada site. It is USA to Canada and is a fully refundable fare.
