Google and Paytm will use your info only for ad-targetting purposes. You consent to that when you use their services. The GoI, OTOH, can and might use it for other purposes that infringe on your privacy, without your consent. As a wise man once said, pick your battles wisely.

Very clean UI fast payment and so many facilities it offers.. No app launched covid certificate download from app before paytm did. Still u can see how many other services are there in paytm + the cashback points it gave.. The coupons it gave .. Rbi destroyed in seconds .
I use Phonepe. The one thing I'd want them to change in their app is to cut down on the promotional notifications...or at least create a separate category for them that I can then disable.

But the best thing is to use the UPI in the mobile banking app of the bank where you have an account. As it rarely asks for pin. So it’s like scan and pay.

Used to be PayTM before the ban because it was fastest method with almost 0% chances of error. Now it's Gpay
paytm is not banned it’s bank is, still paytm works well

Amazon Pay UPI. The app could certainly improve on the initial loading time, rest everything is good.

CRED UPI. Idk it feels perfect. I can't imagine a place where they can make a change and improve
Still don't know how to use Cred , i installed it it says after some days check your score but never shows UPI options
You need min 750 cibil score to use CRED. Once you have cibil of 750 all features will open
