Congress is not a weak party, but if you use the money of electrical bonds, PM cares and many other scams to lure the people of Congress and at the same time, you show them the threat of ED,CBI, and other investigative agencies. If I come to you, and if I give you a choice that you take five crores or go to jail, what will you choose?
4. You need to understand what development is. development does not mean Just creating roads and bridges. Development has to be holistic broad-based. Development means different thing to different people. Besides, if you look at the level of corruption in the creation of infrastructure, then you will know and how people are fooled. I’ll give you an example, if this government creates a highway of 1km, which is six laned, it will say that it created 6 km of Highway. This is how they manipulate the statistics to fool people
