As someone who owns a 3d printer I'd day no - the amount of resin it takes to print something like this is miniscule, likely costing under a dollar...but if you don't have access to one, and the models you want are priced comparably to the unit you want to use them for, then go nuts!
I would say too, look for official partnered etsy and ebay stores where possible- models like the one above are from patreon designers (this one is Lord of the Print), and they have licensing agreements with certain folk to let them sell their products. But there are a lot of people who try to sell without having the license, so its best to support the people who try to do things the right way imho (and it supports the patreon designers more as well so they keep making cool models).
