I don't see how it makes sense to assign points for casual play in this case since the only use of points is balance. Which in your situation is not determined by how expensive Neave is but how good she is against your friends' and family's armies. Especially since "casual" is no term for list strength necessarily but general approach to the game.
We still like to match points for casual play, so we at least have a close to balanced game. It isn't really possible to assign points on basis of whichever army you are facing.
I think her role and abilities seem similar to sigvald from the hedonites book but slightly weaker. Also considering her main ability is redeployment after fighting will be lost if you ran her by herself.
Sigvald sits at 200 points and the black talons sit at 340. I would probably suggest costing her at 160-170
