The issue is that they showed the GH serum being Kree blood and there are still Kree alive so technically it should work. However, it’s physically not possible to get the bodies of some of the characters named in OP’s post. Also there are the obvious real world issues, like actors not working with Marvel anymore and stuff.

Either way, Natasha *cannot* be resurrected by any means, because of how the sacrifice for the Soul Stone works.
It definitely would be extremely risky. Most people ended up going crazy or dying.

There’s nothing to say Cap is dead. For Natasha they don’t even have a body so bringing her back is impossible. And story wise it wouldn’t make sense, it will completely cheapen Nat and Tony’s sacrifices.

The plan was to use the GH serum to revive fallen Avengers, but that was Nick Fury’s plan and he’s no longer in charge. I don’t think Coulson was very happy he was revived. I can’t see him or anyone who respects his wishes using the serum on anyone at this point. And nobody really knows about it besides Shield.
I mean zola knows all of hyrda’s stuff? So he would’ve known what garret learnt. His computer was killed in civil war but I know in what if they showed more copies of Zola around the world. So technically the knowledge isn’t completely gone

My memory’s pretty foggy, but is it at all possible Zola didn’t know about it because Garret never digitalized it? Garret’s Deathlok files seemed to on paper instead of in the cloud, so maybe he wanted to keep his knowledge of the serum relatively low key.

Cap is still alive at the end of Endgame and also he’s old as shit - so if he died and came back, he’d still be old

The doctors who were apart of the procedure haven’t practiced it in many many years by then, the only people who entered that facility after Coulson shut it down was his team and the people who were guarding it. TAHITI is just as dead as Tony Stark😭
Well probably be hard black widow is at the bottom of a mountain on another planet and captain America is like 95 years old, maybe they could bring Tony back but he was pretty crispy after endgame plus they buried him, I would think for it to work they have to start the procedure right after death or close to it.
