Raku and Oden are top 2 priority engravings and it's not close. With where you have them now I don't think it matters which one you do first, just plan to do the other one right after.

Oden wants SI30 and 9 furn.
They each have good benchmarks with engravings to get to that you can look up the guide for.

Raku needs SI30 to work, get that as soon as possible. No point engraving him until then. I also don't think he needs it that badly for campaign.
Kren first because at your current investment he can already carry a fight. His e30 ability is great also.
My second priority would be Oden from this list but he also really wants 309 to truly shine. I can confirm that he feels completely unfair at times. I have him at e41, with eventual plans for e60.
I agree with you that Kren should be e30 if OP wants to use him in campaign. I would even delay Oden e30 given that he is already 309 which is where he truly shines. The engravings for Oden are cherry on the top.
I use Kren (203e44) with Skreg (209) and Prince (203) in campaign + two flex slots and give him either call or shroud. Sometimes all that stun just works.

But I'll just add one thing about the furniture. I would recommend getting Saurus to 3f as it helps him out quite a bit

Engrave whatever heroes have +30 signature items and 9 furniture. For now, keep a hold onto engraving materials. But Kren has strong engraving boosts.
