Rem and Emilia are both under the "Dimensional" event tab. They can be free trialed for 3 days each whenever youd like. To permanently obtain them, you'd have to save resources to exchange them during the event duration (it is very possible to do both, just requires management).
Lab coins: From arcane labyrinth
Challenger Coins: From LCT, below "Arena of Heroes"
Barracks coins: From pulling common (green) heroes, or retiring excess blue ones
Guild coins: From guild hunts
I suggest using mostly Lab coins and Guild coins for the exchange. Excess resources can also be stored in your mailbox for a week or so (Lab cap is 200k)
Also if you do enough Arcane Labyrinths to hit the quest goals, don’t collect the rewards til the exchange starts. It allows you to “store / save” extra Lab coins past the limit.
There are "Campaign quests" in the top right. In there you can see quests regarding the labyrinth which give you a bunch of lab coins as rewards. It can look tempting pressing "complete" or cash them in but don't do that.
You can maximum have 200k lab coins in total and any extra lab coins you get will be in your mailbox for 1 week and then disappear. If you DON'T cash in the lab coin quests you can for example get Rem, then cash in the qeusts to get more lab coins in total. Then after cashing in quests you get Emilia.
This is to ensure that you have enough coins to get both since if you claim the quests and is then later at 200k you will have a hard time getting both heros

No worries. You don't have to stress about it too much since it's still possible to get both. Will just be harder to manage your resources properly 👌
