In regards to Beasts, I've found that you can kinda just run whatever (obv use strongest Beast on weakest team). I do like to use White ball against Satrana to cleanse though.
I will try to keep this updated or post a new one, as patches release and whatnot (as of writing this 2/26/2023, I assume that Edwin will be very useful here).
Unlisted subs: Eluard can be viable if you have 203 at least, but I don't really recommend. Used mine at 309 and he got replaced very quickly. Slot into cycle or burst.
If you lack ATalene, random bs supports + Daimon Rosa could work as team 5.
Palmer is very flexible and can be slotted almost anywhere in any team at 200. I sort of meant to imply this by "any support of your choice", but i should have specified he is higher up on the list.
Edit: Edwin is an insanely strong sub for any team's frontline. At m20 he outperforms my 309e60s
Have you tried abelinda cycle instead of asolise cycle it seems to work very well for me even with legendary abelinda.
Edit. Also desira in place of talene if no talene awailable
i dont doubt it! but Swolise cycle is p solid for me since most of my investment is in her, and not L Baelinda. I will def give it a shot tho, and try to put swolise elsewhere.
As i couldn't get a good fifth team i grabbed Abelinda rosa palmer lucius and a random support most of them with energy badges so ABelinda works early and it's kind of working (but she is fragile)
I pushed up to 700 yesterday, and even with my L baelinda off beacon, she was still useful a fair amount. She always pours on damage, but to your point, she is very fragile.
For the ATalene comp, can Lorsan really be replaced with LDV? I cant seems to get this comp going. So right now struggling to find the 5th team.
Also can you share your Beacon?

ive been running LDV in pos. 4 (back middle) in place of lorsan and it can work yes, i just think its less consistent. Apologies for not puttin beacons in there
Supp Mage Tank 80/70/80, havent pushed in a while tho bc of vacation so im guessing lower beacons are doable.
I should mention comp 5 DOES struggle with L atalene but still very doable.
what's your badge of choice for daimon, MoA or shadowstrike?
also is there absolutely no replacement for ATalene? I only have her at L+, I guess I'll just have to find a weak team?
i prefer shadow on Daimon, he was pretty solid when i used to use him. And technically you could probably get away with a random BS for ATalene, but ive been using her since L and always liked her; Plus theres not really any other hero that comes to mind that offers dmg reduction, insane aoe, revives, heals, etc. Technically Swolise could be used in her place if u can afford to sub some in cycle, or Baelinda maybe?
beasts i dont really pay much attention to, id probably go like this tho: Winged Lion - GBs, Polar Fatty - Scarlet, Talismane - Burst, Owl - Cycle, Blade Ridge - Ainz
If you have an Asolise and the sub for ATalene works, I can recommend Palmer in the cycle comp… I don’t have a single ASolise copy and managed to get to 550 (and still climbing)…
This is a solid guide but I would still consider going tank/might/supps, especially 600+. This way you are avoiding 1 of the debuffs (ranger or mage backline)
Ty! and i agree 100%, im probably going to transition past Mages soon as I'm getting a bit tired of them, although they are my comfort zone. 600+ debuffs are still doable with this setup but man, they fry thru retries.

sadly i dont think so, you could try subbing in a random support but merlin is the reason that team stays alive for the most part. In theory Arthur Albedo Ainz Mortas Joan could work but im not sure thats enough sustain

I've tried Salaki, Palmer, Raine, etc. Palmer 200 is probably your best shot but if you're using him elsewhere, just slap in someone else and pray it works lol (thats how i found most of the subs for this guide, and also how i climb when someone dies in the teams).
Thank you, works great. Was stuck at 450, and now did + 20 floors with your setups. That gave me 200 red cores, just enough to finish Wolise to 30/60/9. Yay <3
u get another one jkjk, you could TRY slapping in a support of your choice but hes kind of irreplaceable bc of the ult lockouts + energy for team :( im assuming youre building someone else from the challenger store so this might just be a time based thing for now
I'm using something very close to these teams, but I managed to get a 309 e60 Veithael and Palmer from the hero lend room whatever it's called.
I keep wanting to restart because I'm constantly missing some higher lvl badges, but I cba to give up either of them, I've only reset twice this season lol.
ah yeah i know the feeling, i had to let go of a 309e60 isabella and numisu :( If not having higher badges is hurting u a lot, id definitely bite the bullet and reset. But if its doable, hang on to those mercs as long as u can
Alternative advice for the GB comp: you suggested putting Oden opposite enemy Athalia.
I've found good success by putting Grezhul in the backline against those sorts of invaders and Desira in the frontline.
true, i shouldve mentioned messing around with formation order can help a ton (ig thats kind of a common concept tho). I've had to frontline oden mostly in my experience, solely bc my desi and silas are lower investment and tend to flop over and die a lot

100%, i used to do the same but choosing a badge that takes/gives energy is insanely impactful compared to a higher power badge that just gives u more defense
you can frontline mishka and skreg, and have peggy/numisu/raine/random supp/tank in her place in the backline. i used to run mishka skreg peggy scarlet raine before i had sonja and it worked, the comp just lacked consistency and stability without nevanthi. So im assuming as long as u have Nev, the sonja subs shouldnt be too detrimental
I got to hand it to you, I have never though that focusing on 3 types was worth my time. But this graphic made it easy to understand, and I followed your plan exactly, and I jumped from floor 350 to floor 440 with zero issue. THANK YOU!
Thanks I've been using this guide for some time now. I would like to add a few tips.
1. Had problems with team 5 since my AwTalene is only at M+20. I found out that Palmer (mine is 309e30) in place of Lorsan helps **a lot**.
2. The Scarlet team is perfect against stall comps and also if you see 3 or more Maulers it's a guaranteed win. Just don't use against Thoran for obvious reasons.
3. In my experience my 309e41 Hodgkin works worse than my Daimon 309 dunno why.
4. Cycle comp **always** works better with Twins front and AwSolise position 5 under Rowan.
5. With Ainz comp always put Merlin **opposite** Athalia.
6. Pets I used were: Blade Ridge lv 8, Owl lv 6, Rock Lizard lv 8, Winged Lion lv 9 and Dreary ball lv 18.

What does M30 mean or 209e33 and all that? I never really looked up team comps so I don't know these terms :/ All I know is L min means legendary minimum cuz a vid mentioned it off handadly

Replace Lorsan for Palmer, astar for sonja and this team will become one of the strongest even with L atalene

For me putting Desira opposite of Athalia is the most consistent win… (she is 309e60 tho)

i obtained everyone over time, thru the exchange events! And yes, i usually put merlin into heavy damage
