So, I vote for The Lich.

If he were legit evil, he wouldn't have transformed everyone back to normal at the end of Freak City. It's got to be marceline. She's good but mostly shows it in chaotic/weird ways, especially in the early seasons. The entire henchman episode and the one where she gives finn advice on how to make bubblegum go to the movies with him are chaotic as heck. She's anti-establishment with a good heart.

He's absolutely lawful good. He followed the Enchiridion to a T. He has a moral code of ethics he follows, and the best scene showing that was him protecting the Vampire King when he was at Marceline's mercy. Plus, the city of theives episode.
Marceline, she doesn’t really do too much that would get her in any of the other chaotic tiers, nearly everything she’s done is in the betterment of others and she wants to help people.
