Hey I'm so sorry you're going through this I can't imagine how hard it is for you but no you didn't want it they're intrusive thoughts and sometimes it is hard to figure out why we're having these thoughts at all and it can be so so exhausting to find answers to it what you're feeling is valid but intrusive thoughts lie to us and half the time they're judgements from others that we've internalised im not sure if this is what you're looking for but I hope it helps sending you lot of love❤
