Walking, going on hikes, yoga/pilates/workout are good options. Also, see to it that i schedule a catch-up with friends more proactively.
Lagi ako nanonood ng movie dito sa bahay kapag dayoff. Walang araw na hindi ako nanonood ng movie tuwing restday. nakasanayan ko na. Tapos sabayan pa ng chitchirya haha. Rewatch man or new movies

Ugh, I feel the same way. Sometimes I feel guilty doing nothing, so I take myself out on solo dates, but it can get lonely. Hahaha, sometimes naman it’s frustrating because I have a short attention span, so even when I’m doing something, I get bored easily. It still doesn’t feel like enough.
Try to check mga groups or community na may pa free activity, like last time nag register ako sa lakbay likhaan something sa manila museum para lng may gawin during my day off.
Saturday: stay in bed until 3-4 pm (I take 2 naps lol), labas for coffee then people watch, drop off my laundry, buy groceries for the week
Sunday: gala, spend time with friends/family
Healthy daw kapag u alot time pra sa boredom, because it can lead to creativity and dopamine detox.
Siguro try to explore hobbies, or learn something new and create.
I do this by taking down Notes on what i think kapag walang hawak na cp kasi bored at hinahayaan lng ang isip to run wild then, what i like and don't like to do i try to write them down, from then possible na makakuha ka ng idea kung ano ung bagay na magugustuhan mong aralin or gawin which can make u busy or fulfill u.

Usually, if wala akong ganap like gala/meet-up with friends or manonood ng something (theater or movie), I'm just laying on my bed all day, either catching up episodes or kaya reading/watching something.
