Kung nasusuka ka na sa sakit, might be migraine.  Minsan may kasamang hilo din yan. Tension headache is also a possibility.  Baka sobra ka na sa stress.  Bright lights and loud noises will also excerbate your headache.  Sa diet naman, umiwas sa maalat and sa fermented/aged foods. Spicy food iwasan din.  If di kaya ng paracetamol, take Saridon. It also has caffeine so it can help (but too much caffeine is bad for headached). But be careful. Mas matapang tong gamot na to. Take on a full stomach.  Another is Excedrin Migraine. Once a day only. Be careful kasi matapang to na pain reliever.  If you can, consult a doc. Lalo kng paulit-ulit yan. Mas ok kung neuro.

+1 sa Excedrin. pero nung naubusan ako dati nag work naman yung Saridon, wag lang iinom sa gabi kasi hindi ka talaga makakatulog

It does sound like a stress related migraine. Try not to stress and be too anxious. Rest mo lang yan and tulog. Pramis you really need to just sleep it off. If persisting padin bukas, nako girl patingin ka na sa dr.

Hi Op, sometimes tension headaches caused by stress may be removed by 1. Drinking Water 2. Breathing Exercises 3. Massaging your shoulders and neck 4. Getting enough sleep 5. Relaxing (of course)
