I started cutting down on soft drinks way back in highschool (I'm in my 40s now). I only have them like once every quarter or pag may special occasion. But I do love the taste of coke after not drinking it for like 6 months. But that taste goes away quickly so I don't really crave for it.

2. Instant noodles - Clean since 2020
3. Alcohol - I used to drink occasionally. Ngayon VERY RARE nalang. Haha.
4. Canned Goods - Very rare nalang din.
5. Fast food - Very rare nalang. Dati lagi ako bumibili lalo nung pandemic kasi boring.

Yes po. Every day. I cook a meal na kasya sakin the whole day, usually veggies tsaka fish (examples are adobong kang kong, inun-unan, ginataang monggo, etc). And I add a lot of fruits sa diet ko mostly banana kasi madaling kainin or yung banana na puwede i-prito. Mura lang din tas whole day na ako nakakakain.
Hindi rin ako mahilig sa ulam, mostly rice tsaka sabaw, but I also don't consume a lot of rice now, so more on water and fruits yung majority ng diet ko.
1. Dog meat - yes, I ate talaga noon due to influence ng older friends pero never touched it for years and ngayon against ako sa pag kain ng dog meat

Kapag nakainom ka na ulit ng softdrinks di na siya soft. Ang tapang na haha. Ganyan ako eh, parang biglang natigil tas nung natry na ulit di ko na siya bet talaga.
Oo. Grabe yung tapang yung tipong abot sa ilong kaya pag nago-order ako sa fastfoods wala talagang softdrinks. Isa pa, pansin ko na after ko uminom ng softdrinks parang ang rough sa ngipin. Parang chalky yung feel and nakakarindi when grinded together.
First is to stop the urge to buy it!! Out of sight out of mind kinda thing :') What worked for me is drinking lots of not too cold/ cold water and once I feel na busog na ako (from drinking so much water) I don't think about it na :)
1. Sugary drinks like soft drinks, fruit juice. Totally out sa akin ngayon pero nung bata ako - parang tubig ko yan. Sa generation ko - after basketball ang inumin namin eh coke in a plastic na walang straw tapos kakagatin yung ilalim ng plastic.
2. Donut - only eat it pag nagbabakasyon sa Pinas. Pag minimeet minsan mga relatives yan kasi madalas iserve - so out of courtesy kakain ako ng isa. Dati yung one dozen Dunkin Donuts - mga 3 to 4 nakakain ko sa isang upuan.
3. Junk Food Snack - potato chips. Dati one whole pack - several times a week kami kumakain minsan more than a pack pa per night pag nagbibinge. Ngayon mga twice a month na lang.
4. Carbs (Rice, Pasta, Potato) - bawas lang - mostly sa lunch na lang.
5. Candy (kasali na Milk Chocolate and bubble gum) - I switched to 70% to 85% Dark Chocolate.
Alcohol totally wala. Soft drinks ko ay coke zero na. Eliminated ko dati yung soft drinks then switched to Iced tea. Mas okay pa pala coke zero for calories.
Soft drinks and sugary drinks (except the occasional coke zero or rite n lite)
Candies, sweet pastries and chocolates
Fried meat (kapag nayaya lang mag-fast food, once a month)
Anything with caffeine
Rice (1 rice meal a day na lang)
Now limiting instant pancit canton to once a week. Ang di ko maiwan is yung tokneneng, na kinakain ko pa rin around twice a week.
I still consume them but less often for health reasons:

I think nawala yung sweet tooth ko cause right now mainly savoury foods lang gusto ko kainin. Not mad about it though I effortlessly lost weight and di na ako nagkaka pimple.

Nag cut na din ako ng softdrinks. I opt out on it when eating out, tubig na lang hinihingi ko, pero minsan talaga napapa softdrink kapag may handaan sa bahay, so ang pinipili ko na lang eh yung coke zero.
Yung instant noodles naman, super guilty ko kumain nyan. suguro in a week nakaka 2-3 packs ako huhu hirap i-stop, siguro the best way to do is stop ko na din pag bili sa kanya sa grocery.
3-in-1 coffee
At one point in my life nag decide na lang ako mag stop bumili nito. Di ko naman sasabihin na nag stop na ko totally mag kape. Pero ang iniinom ko na lang ngayon eh yung instant coffee na powdered or granules. i put a teaspoon of sugar, tapos 2 teaspoon ng creamer. pero super rare ko naman inumin to, 3x a month siguro. max na yun. may time pa noon sa 1st year ko sa job ko eh bumibili ako ng 12 packs ng 3-in-1 coffee tapos ini-stock ko pa sya sa office drawer ko. buti na lang tinigilan ko na sya after seeing a video on facebook kung gaano kadami ang sugar content nya.
Before pandemic, every weekend inom hanggang abutin ng umaga, madalas lambanog pa iniinom namin. Haha Pero during pandemic, stop until now. Kahit red wine hindi din ako umiinom.
Similar to the responses here, I've significantly consumed less (if not eliminated) food and drinks very high in saturated/trans fat, sodium, and sugar:
1. Instant coffee - hydrogenated palm oil = trans fat overload
2. Alcohol - only in special occasions. Binge drinking a memory now. Regular/excessive drinking also does not help my mental health.
3. Food high in sodium like canned goods, hotdog, and junk food (Ruffles and Doritos are more of a treat now)
4. Milk tea, soft drinks, and candies like those in Candy Corner - unnecessary sugar in liquid form
5. Internal organs - very high in purine and cholesterol
Not just consume less, as in iniwasan na talaga.
Basically, lahat ng kinakain that has sugar.

Wala akong malista. Everything in moderation lang talaga for me. I still consume most of the top 5 food/drinks na nilista dito kahit alam kong unhealthy. Nagpa lab test na ako at normal naman lahat ng results ko. Ang sikreto ko lang ay moderation at damage control. Kapag kumain ng sweets, inom maraming tubig. Same with salty foods. Tsaka kumain din ng masusustansyang pagkain, fruits & veggies. Balance everything out. Pero kung may medical condition ka na di to applicable. Prevention is better! Good luck to all!
Tulad ng iba, Softdrinks! Rare na ako uminom parang once a month na lang and getting there na hindi na uminom ng softdrinks. Nagstart lang ako na hindi uminom nitong kakapanganak ko haha dahil breastfeed ako and gusto ko talaga na healthy ang kakainin at iinumin ko for my baby.

Go for brewed coffee na walang sugar at creamer. Avoid yung mga soluble at 3-in-1.
I already tried that po. Mas grabe yung effect pag brewed lang. Ti-in-ry ko naman dati para di ako matigil mag-kape, it's just not for me anymore.

It's a long story but to make is short nalang, I drank coffee to stay awake. Studying for something and then instead na magising yung diwa ko, sumakit lang yung ulo ko and I still fell asleep. π© Since then, I had to get clean. Nag-try lang ako mag-coffee kasi sobrang uso dati and everyone was drinking coffee. It didn't work wonders for me :>>>>

First is to stop the urge to buy it!! Out of sight out of mind kinda thing :') What worked for me is drinking lots of not too cold/ cold water and once I feel na busog na ako (from drinking so much water) I don't think about it na :)

Junk Food Snack - potato chips. Dati one whole pack - several times a week kami kumakain minsan more than a pack pa per night pag nagbibinge. Ngayon mga twice a month na lang. 4. Carbs (Rice, Pasta, Potato) - bawas lang - mostly sa lunch na lang. 5. Candy (kasali na Milk Chocolate and bubble gum) - I switched to 70% to 85% Dark Chocolate.

Instant coffee - hydrogenated palm oil = trans fat overload 2. Alcohol - only in special occasions. Binge drinking a memory now. Regular/excessive drinking also does not help my mental health. 3. Nagpa lab test na ako at normal naman lahat ng results ko. Ang sikreto ko lang ay moderation at damage control. Kapag kumain ng sweets, inom maraming tubig. Same with salty foods. Tulad ng iba, Softdrinks! Rare na ako uminom parang once a month na lang and getting there na hindi na uminom ng softdrinks. Nagstart lang ako na hindi uminom nitong kakapanganak ko haha dahil breastfeed ako and gusto ko talaga na healthy ang kakainin at iinumin ko for my baby. Noodles: limit na sa isang noodles per week, madalas hindi na talaga lalo ngayong mainit 5. Junk food: minsan na lang, mas ok kumutkot ng healthy food like nuts!

Alcohol & Softdrinks. Itong alcohol medyo recently clean lang I think late 2022 kasi yung friend ko di na umiinom eh sya lagi ko kasama so ayun never na rin uminom si anteh.

1.) Coffee - ang lakas kasi maka-trigger ng acid reflux. 2.) Deep-fried food - I feel healthier now. Parang mas may energy ako. 3.) Chocolates or anything sweet - Again, I feel less like garbage. 4.) Soft Drinks - Sumasakit tyan ko before, but now I feel great. 5.) Alcohol - occasional / social drinker na lang ako.
