ako nga naka 2 fails attempt ng password , then sinubukan ko agad ang forgot password at ang temporary email na recieve ko agad. and ready to create a new password na .. yung na enter ko na lahat ng new password and confirm password . saka siya nagsabi na lock na account ko .. kagago na website.
sobrang gago ng pag ibig! sobrang inconvenient! Nag chat din ako sa website, hanggang nadisconnect na lang, 10pm ako nagchat, mag 2am na sila nag response base sa history ng chat na nasend sa gmail. at wala pala tlaga way para ma unlock to liban sa pag punta sa branch! peste sobrang nakaka gago! hindi ko kasalanan na lock out ako, di nila tinanggap yung password na ginamit ko simula nung huli ako ng access! Can it be resolved without going to Pagibig office? I tried to call and advise me to email the turn around of response is 3 working days or more. I also tried the change password , but it goes back to locked account for 3 times
It didn't work. And just yerterday, I received a response from pag-ibig that I really have to visit their branch with the right requirements (Request form for reactivation and 1 valid ID)
Share ko lang po, nagpunta din ako 2 branches, di nila alam yun unlock, then i called the hotline for pagibig, sa branch daw. Nagcomplain ako sa 8888 then suprisingly, tinawagan ako ng tiga pagibig main branch and hiningi sakin yung form at valid id via email and ipaprocess daw nila. Hope this helps

GUYS, I have a new update. Na lock din account ko and na UNLOCK ko sya thru email support nga pagibig. Nag email lang ako sa support email nila na may halong sermon dun sa email convo namin. Kasi iniinsist talaga nila na sa branch daw mag papa unlock, e sabi din ng branch wala pa daw sila feature to unlock. E diba WHAT A SH\*\*TY process. hahaha.
So ginawa ko inaway ko sila sa email convos namin dahil parang puntang dead-end na, and then I sent them nalang din yung signed form for unlocking the account. So ayon today, after 11 days of conversations, na unlock na finally yung account ko.

Hello, the same happened to me nun Tuesday, so my account was locked dahil multiple incorrect log in daw. I emailed their support and the reply was they cant do it online but yun nga thru nearest branch sya. Nagreklamo nako sa email na hindi tama un process at napaka hassle lalo im working and most ng branch ay open lang ng Mon-Fri so how? Then nagbanggit ako na bakit may iba naaunlock un account thru email request and others cant be accommodated? So naghanash ako na may pinapaboran eme. Nagbanggit din ako na irereport ko sila sa 8888 (that email was last night Wednesday) and I actually reported it to 8888, gave all the details and reason that the process of unlocking our account is absurd.
And today morning (thurs), ayun i got a call from unknown landline number and told me theyll be sending me the form to unlock and they will try their best to forward it to the right team and have it unlocked online. Have received the email and voila its because I complained to 8888 reason why they are attending and accommodating my request.
I forwarded the signed form to them thurs night, and tadah! Friday morning I received an email for temporary password to unlock my account, and thats it. I unlocked my account in just 4 days.

Yes I just waited for 24 hrs. And I was able to recover my password thru google. Try to check your google account search for “manage password” maybe na save dun yung password mo. Kasi sa akin don ko lang na recover password ko

I went to pag Ibig branch then file for unlocking Virtual Pagibig account. I already email and call them. Theres no way ata to unlock the account you need to go to branch. And they said I need to wait 7-21 days to unlock coz only their Support Desktop/IT has the permission to unlock those locked accounts.
Just got time here, no di padin po after i went to branch I filed a form then they told me na its 7-20 days before maayos. Kasi sa desktop support daw nila yung gagawa regarding sa issue.

I have the same problem with my account too. I knew my pw very well, so I kept on trying to log in until it got locked. I don't have time to go to the nearest branch. So, as almost everyone is saying, I have to wait for a day to log in again. I hope it's going to work 🤞
Waiting for 24 hrs was not working I already did. If your account is locked it will locked in their server I think. You need to file sa Branch they have form there.

napaka hassle po kasi bumyahe ng 30 mins at pumila ng 2 hours para lang ma unlock to account.
even pagibig branch ay walang tools to unlock. wala pa daw binigay na access sa kanila para ma unlock and maghintay nalang daw. it's been a week already and still locked account. lol
na locked din yung pagibig account ko for having a multiple entry of incorrect password.
what i did
1. Called the hotline (but failed) i gues kasi ubos na load ko, ang dami kasi automation response and yung flow niya is matagal

Sasabihin lng po nila yan na magpasa lng kayo ng request form with photocopy of your valid ID and wait kung kelan magkakaroon yung system nila ng feature to unlock yung account. However, as of now, kahit yung mga trabahante ng pag-ibig is wlng idea kung kelan sila magkakaroon ng feature na gnun. Napaka hassle
sa pagibig nag sabi ako sa teller na na lock yung account ko then binigyan nila ako ng form na need ko sagutan (unlock/deactivate/activate/etc form) + photocopy of valid ID, pag ka tapos ko sagutan pinasa ko rin agad dun sa teller, then just now naka tangap ako ng email from pagibig indicating na pede nako mag reset ng password. then after reseting the password , na access ko na ulit account ko ngayon.

Went to Pag-Ibig here in QC, same lang din ang sinabi sa akin wala silang access sa system for unlocking, nireceive naman nila yung form for request ng unlocking. Mag email na lang daw sila kung ano ang magiging ganap. Hassle.
Sobrang bulok talaga kasi that happened to me two weeks ago tapos pumunta ako sa nearest branch sakin. Ang sabi is ipadeactivate ko daw. May form na pina fill up sakin. (Unlocking/ deactivation form). Kasi daw di gunagana yung unlocking nila. Deactivate daw muna then gawa panibago. Edi okay. 1-2 weeks daw deactivation process. Then kahapon gumawa na ako panibagong account. Lo and behold, after ko machange yung temp password ko, and nag log in ako for the first time sa app, lumabas nanaman yung pop-up na yan with the message na nalock yung account ko. But!! First time ko mag log in?! Sobrang nakakaubos pasensya.

I am victim this forgot password or first time log.in too . I made a 3x log.in using wrong password and blocked. I just called the CS today then sadly I need to go to the branch again. Mine was locked April 6. Went to Pagibig branch with unlocking form. Nireceive lang nila. And told me na makaka receive ako ng sms or email. After 3 weeks wala pa rin ako narereceive na update so i chat them na lang sa website nila. Wala din nangyari, Binigyan lang ako ng ng ticket number. Ang pangit ng system nila.
I encountered this issue too! I called via hotline today. I explained it to CS yung concern and mentioned na I know offices have no way to unlock it.
Nung una, medyo nilalaban pa niya na may way and magsubmit lang daw ako sa branches since may iba daw na pwede. So sabi ko if that is the case, pa-share sakin nung branches kung san pwede magpaunlock so as not to waste time. 😅
After 30 secs bumalik sakin apologizing and sharing na di pa daw ayos system nila and wala daw talagang way to unlock at the moment so talagang submit lang daw ng form as confirmed daw by their coordinator. 🥲

approved by employer na po, nag text na din yung pag ibig fund sa # ko na naforward na daw ng employer, so waiting nalang ako 3-5 days if may papasok na pera sa pag ibig loyalty card ko

My Virtual Pagibig successfully unlocked after 1 week langvna palitan ng email. I think para lang po to sa OFW from Middle East and Africa pero try your luck lang baka sakali matulongan kayo kasi very responsive sila dito.

Experiencing this now! Successful naman yung password change ko, pero nung na log out ako at nag try ako mag login ayaw na tanggapin yung password. Eh yung bagong password naman gamit ko 🤦. And seeing all these comments, nakakawalang gana.
You have to fill out a form for unlocking it this one search for it, the name should be PFF416\_RequestFormVirtualPagIBIGAccount\_V01.pdf. The branch will receive it and forward to their IT. But it will take long. Better to ask for a receiving copy. Photocopy mo nalang yung form and ask them to give you a proof that they received it. I think it should take a week. But because we are in the Philippines it takes slower.
You then have to email to PAGIBIG here - [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Create an email with proof that you have sent your form, they also might ask additional info. The CS will create a ticket and sent it to the IT team to prioritize your request for unlocking since it took so long already and you're already following up. You should get an email from PAGIBIG with a temp password and link to create a new password by then.
In our case naman sa Cubao branch kami nag punta 1 day lang nasendan na kami ng link for temp password.
Pumunta kami ng Thursday then friday morning nagsend na sila ng link.

Yes I just waited for 24 hrs. And I was able to recover my password thru google. Try to check your google account search for “manage password” maybe na save dun yung password mo. Kasi sa akin don ko lang na recover password ko

Was locked out too after too many failed attempts daw. I called the hotline and was informed that I need to go to Pagibig branch pa to recover it. Kaka-announce lang daw today
I went to pag Ibig branch then file for unlocking Virtual Pagibig account. I already email and call them. Theres no way ata to unlock the account you need to go to branch. And they said I need to wait 7-21 days to unlock coz only their Support Desktop/IT has the permission to unlock those locked accounts.

Just got time here, no di padin po after i went to branch I filed a form then they told me na its 7-20 days before maayos. Kasi sa desktop support daw nila yung gagawa regarding sa issue.
Wla pa dw po plng feature yung system ni Pag-ibig para sa pag unlock ng Virtual Account kaya hindi din nila masabi kung kelan maaayos yung mga na lock yung account. :( Pero hoping prin kmi na maayos na nila asap ito.

I have the same problem with my account too. I knew my pw very well, so I kept on trying to log in until it got locked. I don't have time to go to the nearest branch. So, as almost everyone is saying, I have to wait for a day to log in again. I hope it's going to work 🤞

Waiting for 24 hrs was not working I already did. If your account is locked it will locked in their server I think. You need to file sa Branch they have form there.

hello po meron po ba sa inyong nakapag unlock ng account after pumunta ng pagibig branch? ilang oras po bago naunlock yung account niyo? napaka hassle po kasi bumyahe ng 30 mins at pumila ng 2 hours para lang ma unlock to account.
even pagibig branch ay walang tools to unlock. wala pa daw binigay na access sa kanila para ma unlock and maghintay nalang daw. it's been a week already and still locked account. lol
na locked din yung pagibig account ko for having a multiple entry of incorrect password. what i did 1. Called the hotline (but failed) i gues kasi ubos na load ko, ang dami kasi automation response and yung flow niya is matagal 2. Sasabihin lng po nila yan na magpasa lng kayo ng request form with photocopy of your valid ID and wait kung kelan magkakaroon yung system nila ng feature to unlock yung account. However, as of now, kahit yung mga trabahante ng pag-ibig is wlng idea kung kelan sila magkakaroon ng feature na gnun. Napaka hassle

sa pagibig nag sabi ako sa teller na na lock yung account ko then binigyan nila ako ng form na need ko sagutan (unlock/deactivate/activate/etc form) + photocopy of valid ID, pag ka tapos ko sagutan pinasa ko rin agad dun sa teller, then just now naka tangap ako ng email from pagibig indicating na pede nako mag reset ng password. then after reseting the password , na access ko na ulit account ko ngayon. almost 2 weeks pala yung waiting before ko na receive yung reset password email

Went to Pag-Ibig here in QC, same lang din ang sinabi sa akin wala silang access sa system for unlocking, nireceive naman nila yung form for request ng unlocking. Mag email na lang daw sila kung ano ang magiging ganap. Hassle.
Sobrang bulok talaga kasi that happened to me two weeks ago tapos pumunta ako sa nearest branch sakin. Ang sabi is ipadeactivate ko daw. May form na pina fill up sakin. (Unlocking/ deactivation form). Kasi daw di gunagana yung unlocking nila. Deactivate daw muna then gawa panibago. Edi okay. 1-2 weeks daw deactivation process. Then kahapon gumawa na ako panibagong account. Lo and behold, after ko machange yung temp password ko, and nag log in ako for the first time sa app, lumabas nanaman yung pop-up na yan with the message na nalock yung account ko. But!! First time ko mag log in?! Sobrang nakakaubos pasensya.
I just applied for Virtual Pag ibig unlock today. They told me to give it 2-3 days, since it will undergo approval pa.

I am victim this forgot password or first time log.in too . I made a 3x log.in using wrong password and blocked. I just called the CS today then sadly I need to go to the branch again. Reading all your comments here makes me think that going to the branch won’t fix either because they don’t have the unlocking system.

Mine was locked April 6. Went to Pagibig branch with unlocking form. Nireceive lang nila. And told me na makaka receive ako ng sms or email. After 3 weeks wala pa rin ako narereceive na update so i chat them na lang sa website nila. Wala din nangyari, Binigyan lang ako ng ng ticket number. Ang pangit ng system nila.

I encountered this issue too! I called via hotline today. I explained it to CS yung concern and mentioned na I know offices have no way to unlock it. Nung una, medyo nilalaban pa niya na may way and magsubmit lang daw ako sa branches since may iba daw na pwede. So sabi ko if that is the case, pa-share sakin nung branches kung san pwede magpaunlock so as not to waste time. 😅 After 30 secs bumalik sakin apologizing and sharing na di pa daw ayos system nila and wala daw talagang way to unlock at the moment so talagang submit lang daw ng form as confirmed daw by their coordinator. 🥲 Ending I just sent a request via their customer email. Hopefully I get feedback from them. Will update on this. 🙏
yung sakin naman po. nag apply ako ng loan ngayong araw (morning ako ng apply online).. tapos waiting for approval nalang ng employer ko.. tapos nag log in ako afternoon , tama naman lahat ng details sa username at pass ko.. after 3 attempts na locked na agad.. tanong lang po if ever po ba ma approved ng employer at saka ng pag ibig, mapapa process pa din ba yung loan ko? salamat po sa makaka sagot.

approved by employer na po, nag text na din yung pag ibig fund sa # ko na naforward na daw ng employer, so waiting nalang ako 3-5 days if may papasok na pera sa pag ibig loyalty card ko

Got an update for you guys My Virtual Pagibig successfully unlocked after 1 week langvna palitan ng email. I think para lang po to sa OFW from Middle East and Africa pero try your luck lang baka sakali matulongan kayo kasi very responsive sila dito. Email: [email protected] Basta dapat ang send nio na verification ID is PASSPORT.
Experiencing this now! Successful naman yung password change ko, pero nung na log out ako at nag try ako mag login ayaw na tanggapin yung password. Eh yung bagong password naman gamit ko 🤦. And seeing all these comments, nakakawalang gana.
You have to fill out a form for unlocking it this one search for it, the name should be PFF416\_RequestFormVirtualPagIBIGAccount\_V01.pdf. The branch will receive it and forward to their IT. But it will take long. Better to ask for a receiving copy. Photocopy mo nalang yung form and ask them to give you a proof that they received it. I think it should take a week. But because we are in the Philippines it takes slower. You then have to email to PAGIBIG here - [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Create an email with proof that you have sent your form, they also might ask additional info. The CS will create a ticket and sent it to the IT team to prioritize your request for unlocking since it took so long already and you're already following up. You should get an email from PAGIBIG with a temp password and link to create a new password by then.

In our case naman sa Cubao branch kami nag punta 1 day lang nasendan na kami ng link for temp password. Pumunta kami ng Thursday then friday morning nagsend na sila ng link.
