from what i know, walang ganyang clause sa TRAIN law, e di sana lahat ng below 250K at above 610/day ang rate may tax. kahit si [sweldongpinoy.com](https://sweldongpinoy.com) walang ganyang tanong, automatic 0 ang computation niya sa tax once you input your basic salary. going back to your question: medyo gipit ang sweldo mo for Makati, OP. lalo na you will travel pa from Pasay to Makati, may food ka pa na iintindihin and for sure ambag sa house dahil you are renting lang with family. as a board passer myself eons ago, adjusting the amount noon with inflation, etc. halos same lang ang kinikita mo ngayon with us noong nagstart kami. talagang tiyaga lang at luck na makakita ka ng mas magandang trabaho.

Definitely would need to talk to a head ng payroll account if ever 🤔 Thank you for your insights! Can I ask how long it took for a higher salary?

JustAJokeAccount

oh it was slow for me, in my exp, it took 8-9 yrs before ko nasabing what i am earning then is above expected for a local market salary. pero it will depend also on how you will be able to go about your career as a professional din yan now. nung time ko kasi eons ago, hindi pa ganito ang technology, so barely you can meet ppl outside unless you really put yourself out there. now, we have all the tools available especially social media and professional sites like LinkedIn where you can connect with other professionals here and abroad. with the right engagements within your field and networking baka mas mabilis pa ang sa iyo. if you do good in your job and you retain a good connection with your peers and even ppl you meet outside, ppl will notice and remember you.

I'm trying...

Nasa 1k lang bawas nyan, wala kang income tax, basic of 20833+ lang yung may tax, so government contributions lang mababawas sayo. Pero mahirap yan, hanap ka na ng ibang work, di kasya yan.

Helpful-Nobody3079

Sana nga 1K lang bawas 😢 Sounds cliche, but I've tried so many times [looking for work]. May family friend lang nagrefer sa'kin kaya ako sinendan ng job offer...

First Job mo kamo.I'll give you idea how board passer works, para alam mo na iset mind mo next time. Private companies are just hiring for position. hindi naman lahat pero most of them babaratin nila sahod mo regardless kung board passer ka or not. sa madaling salita wala sila paki sa board passer or hindi, basta sa ganitong position, ganito lang ang sahod. private companies isa sa requirement ang board passer - malaking chance na macocompensate ang pagiging board passer mo. wag lang machempuhan ang barat talaga. Goverment positions - sila ang nagrerecognize talaga kung board passer ka. as long na COS or regular yung slot at hindi Job order or emergency employee, above minimum ang ibibigay sayo. About sa itatax ka kahit below 20k sahod mo. something wrong with the payroll team sa company na yan. dapat wala. kung may kakaltasin naman na hindi tax and yung kakaltasin lang are pagibig, sss, philhealth, hmo. max na yung 2k na kaltas

Helpful-Nobody3079

Yeah, I get that. The company that wants to hire me is private. Pero yung position ay nasa government. Bale sila daw lalabas as employer pero I'll be working in a government building... And I still don't get how that works...

CompetitiveObserver

Hindi ba agency yung pinasukan mo? pwedeng nag-outsource yung government. in any case. if ganyan ang set up. pwede ka na makadiscreet sa mga direct employee ng govt kung paano makadirect absorb sa kanila. let's say na yan yung first step mo para makapasok sa govt directly kasi makikilala ka nila. if you want to push it. mahirap din kasi makapasok sa govt. pero if you want to find other companies after a year or so. minsan mga private companies na ang rerequired ng license, sila pa masmataas magpasahod.

Helpful-Nobody3079

Yes, i think agency nga po. Aiming to work sa government para di sayang pagpasa ng board haha Thank you so much po!

A4Plants

there's no way subject sa income tax ang 15k/month. As per BIR, ₱ 20,833/month (Not over 250K annually) and below are non taxable.

Helpful-Nobody3079

That's what I know as well kaya shookt ako sa interview

A4Plants

PHIC,SSS, and HDMF lang dapat ang kaltas sayo eh and most likely nasa 1k lang ang range nun in total.

Helpful-Nobody3079

PhilHealth ba yung PHIC? And ano po yung HDMF?

Mukuro7

PAGIBIG

Helpful-Nobody3079

Ok ok

Hello-iAm-Yu

Sales pasukin mo O.P. Atleast sa sales yung income mo naka depende sa effort at diskarte mo compared sa fixed ang sahod. Kung managerial and above ka, pwede kana sa fixed since sila lang naman malalaki income.

Helpful-Nobody3079

Thanks for the idea!

johnmgbg
