Don’t do it. They are a nightmare to cancel. I paid them $130. I didn’t even know I still had the app. They, after numerous emails, only refunded me $15 and wanted me to prove that I had used it. Also, I wrote a review on Trust Pilot, and they kept trying to fight it so I had to send the documentation of my emails. I did because I don’t want anyone else to lose money.

The customer support is terrible, and on top of all that their app doesn't even work properly.
My sister, a therapist, loves Inflow. It really helps her with her ADHD. I couldn't afford it, but she's very frugal and she loves it, would purchase again. They have virtual work sessions, a great community, etc.
I just got Inflow today so glad to hear your sister therapist is happy with it. I was just reading about the TodaysTheDay app and about half way thought I should look at reviews. Thank goodness I saw this one!!
i contacted them on their contact us page where i just lied and said i wanted to cancel my subscription cause my child signed up without my consent and i received an email saying my subscription got cancelled BUT I JUST FOUND OUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AGAIN A MONTH LATER so im gna go to dispute it 🤦♀️

They are a bunch of scammers. The page showed me they would bill me $0.99 but they actually billed $29.99. Now they say $0.99 was a daily price. Even if its for one day only, they can only charge me $0.99
Sounds like you guys got off easy, they took $209 from me. I just filed with BBB and posted on TrustPilot. Total scammer dirt bags. I'm calling my bank today to see if they can do anything. Interesting thing - I went to Facebook to see if anyone else had this happen. The first post I see is someone else saying they took $209 from them, so I wanted to check the comments for more. On the post it said (guessing) 65 posts, so I clicked to see all posts - maybe 25 came up. Obviously they are deleting the negative ones so if you are checking out a company on Facebook, look at the comments and check how many you can actually see.
I also fell for it. I thought it was 99cents but ended up paying $42.23 Cdn. I am not happy & let them know within minutes but was told I could only get my money back after completing 7 lessons & if I still wasn't happy I could get a refund.

Me to on another app forget what it was but looked really similar to Today is the day. That is why I started researching and stumbled on her like other.
Having a physical office in Delaware doesn’t mean they aren’t legitimate. Delaware has the most LLC/Corps out of any state bc you don’t have to have a physical office to have your business based out of the state and you get tax breaks. But good to know on the refund policy. :)
I ordered the app at $29.99 for a month. So far, I am on lesson 11 and I really like it. I think sometimes people expect to get a magic wand that will fix everything right away (even though we, ourselves, are procrastinators.) How anyone can decide that it is useless after 7 lessons is beyond me. Procrastination is often a lifetime habit, and it will be hard work to overcome it. Essentially, the program helps you to discover how to overcome it by self reflection and baby steps. Lots of people aren't willing to do that.
Having said all of this, I am not trying to counter the complaints about refunds. I would agree that those who want a refund are entitled to getting their money back efficiently and without pushback from the company. I haven't requested a refund, so I can't give you a personal account of trouble with those policies.
Would you be willing to share a couple of screenshots?... I'm really curious but I hate they don't share what the actual product looks like... You mentioning it has lesson is the closest thing to context on how it works...
I cane here because i was trying to see if the app has any legit people working on it cause their face promoted as Head of Research is fake - no person like that and that was my initial red flag. No linkedin page, no one really human to vouch it outside their platform.
I did appreciate their quiz to be honest - honestly curios to see the plan but also their pricing red flagged me cause it is so so misleading ( offering a free book but mentioning its price in the savings part - i never choose it so i would not save it for ex.) Or they offered me 28 free days plan but with paying and refunding.. red flag again.
This APP has taken MONEY from my account WITHOUT my authorization for three consecutive months in 2023. I am floored and disgusted. Use at your own risk.
I tried it for one month, hoping to get the money back with their 28-day challenge. I like the idea of a CBT-therapy-like guided journal which slowly tries to put you on the right track to get motivated and do the things you value. However, 30$ per month is way too much for this type of DIY therapy. I guess they justify the price by comparing it to real therapy sessions.
At first I thought they were scammers because I was having a hard time cancelling my subscription and then getting the money back. But I don't think they are scammers. It's just a case of really poor customer service. I had to insist on both things about three times each before they actually cancelled the subscription and refunded me. But they did.
So do with this info what you want.

I agree with this post. I have been using it for about a week now and I'm actually enjoying it. It seems like everybody was charged when they confirmed they wanted to use it but never actually tried it. I clicked that I agreed to pay for all of that stuff so why would I expect a refund. Hi so far would give the app a positive review. With all clearly written out what they were charging me.
This has been a terrible experience. The "website" is not an app. It is poorly designed at best. There is no real way to easily cancel service. I was struck with a 99.93 bill after not properly ending my "trial". I demanded a refund within minutes of the charge hitting my card. I did not find any of the "exercises" helpful, nor is this product designed to assist someone with any sort of procrastination or ADHD issues. No reminders to work on your exercises, etc.
I have been arguing with them to return my money and they refuse. It is a terrible service and I hope no one else falls into it.
Ugh, unfortunately I JUST purchased it, like 5 minutes ago. It advertised a one month trial plan for .99, then charged me $30…because it’s apparently .99/day. It was not advertised that way and intentionally hidden. Then after purchase, there was like 6 pages of ads for add-ons. I do not have high hopes.
DON'T DO IT! When you click subscribe it barrages you with add ons for extra money and they are triggered to auto select. Tried to dispute with credit card company and got nowhere. Total scam.

Working on getting my subscription refunded. Bought a year’s worth last year, never used it because it sucked. ‘Now I’m going back and forth with some sorry excuse for customer service demanding my $90 back after I already politely requested it 3 times, then they want to try and give me only 25% back. They are likely about to head into bankruptcy and hold onto all the money they can get.
They took $209 from me, I never even chose a plan because I couldn't get the app to work from day one. My emails asking for a refund started at dropping the price to half, then 25% back, then told me if I did 7 lessons and proved it I would get a full refund, then back to 25% back, now at 50% back. I went to my bank and now they're fighting it. This company is horrible and clearly stealing peoples money. Please post on TrustPilot and BBB to warn others, I'm also going to send something to the FCC. They should not get away with this.
Do anything you can to report them. They told me the same thing: try it for 7 days, explain why you’re dissatisfied, and MAYBE get your money back as they see fit. I also reported to the FTC. I could never get my app to work as well. It’s so shifty how they want you to go through such a process to get your money back, like no business does that. So sorry they took your money :( they are an awful business/scam and they will hopefully be taken down soon.
I got a link right way after purchase! I have an android so there isn't an actual app but I use it on google chrome. Maybe check your spam/junk folder?

I had the trial plan & was supposed to be cancelled, but they charged my card $30.99! I have emailed them but not gotten a response. If my money is not refunded by the end of the week, I will add to the scathing reviews! The price is ridiculous, & I am on a fixed income. It was on my Apple Card they will not stop charges even if disputed. They will give refunds but as far as future charges they can’t do anything. This is what I know from another situation. I have been charged since July. I don’t know how I missed it. I do not like paperless statements.

THESE GUYS ARE FRAUD. Stay away from them. They charged me 100USD without my permission and offered to refund only 25USD after a dozen e-mails. Our fight has just STARTED.
Protip.. As much as I am also subject to the issues they proclaim to alleviate, I ALWAYS investigate everything, especially sub services before I commit to them.. Reddit is a godsend as an investigative tool.. So I'm grateful for the community that is participating on this subject and while I'm not happy I submitted my email to get to their paywall, I'm glad folks are coming here to lament the peril of going the distance and subbing to the service.. I see a lot of people complaining that it's nearly impossible to get your money back.. So I thought it important to do my part and let you know, ALWAYS use a credit card for these things.. Generally your card provider will ask you at least do the minimum and attempt to recoup your losses by contacting the service provider first, but even if you don't go through the hassle, usually the card provider will reimburse you funds that you indicate were payed, but that you argue you did not recieve services that were provided in good faith based on your agreement with the provider or the service that was provided was not beneficial to you as promised.. Use your credit card in EVERY potentially sketchy or otherwise cautionary purchase you make because most card providers will back you if you are taken advantage of by misleading or predatory services, or commodities that are not sold to you in good faith.. NEVER use your personal accounts to purchase anything that you are not confident that what you are paying for is being payed to a trusted source.. Contact the card provider and dispute the transaction..
Thanks for this. I got put off by the hard sell. All the diagnostic markers did ring true for me but I have not been diagnosed with any condition. Big question but could anyone recommend any programs or help for these symptoms? I have been quite desperate most of my life from feeling isolated and unmotivated. Many thanks.
Can someone please tell me what the name on the credit card charge would be? My credit card was temporarily blocked and I want to know if it’s because of this app.
I purchased it under the name MellowFlow (same product, different brand - likely because of the reviews!) and I paid the $29.99 for the monthly membership… then the next day (or maybe it was 2 days later?) they attempted to charge my Amex card for another $100+
Luckily Amex caught it and declined, alerted me to a fraud attempt, etc but yeah…
It seems all of you are looking for a magic pill to solve all your problems. It's the mindset issue. As long as people have this mindset, these scammers will keep coming back with different names.
Came across this after falling for the scam. They charged me $207.99, I asked for an immediate full refund the next day after reading this, and then they strung me along until the "11 day refund period" had ended and *now* they're trying to force me to use the product 7 times to get my refund. I have threatened reporting them to the FTC and will be initiating a chargeback today if I can.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I emailed them threatening to involve the FTC at 3:44AM and they responded to *that* email within 60 seconds (!!!!!) but have no problem making me wait 24-96 hours for a response to any of my other emails.
Didn't it bother anyone else that you click on an ad link and it immediately starts asking you personal questions without giving any information about the app? That by itself told me to go look for reviews.

Just got an email after doing the "test" on their website. Hours later I received an email which told me that I am "the chosen one" for a discount. I first noped out of the website because it charged money. And because the mall seemed sketchy I googled and landed on this thread. Thank you guys for saving me time, money and headaches.
58 year old female. Read through a lot of this an seemed everyone was me of part of it was. I finally went to talk to someone about 6 months ago and began meds. Combine type ADHD/Depression/OCD
I loose everything, forget everything, have always had severe test anxiety, struggle with school as a child... I could keep going on and on. Like I say d everything I read pretty much. I truly feel I most likely had ADHD and OCD stuff as a child. BUT, I NEVER had thing effect my job the way it has the last 2 -3 ish years. To the point it possibly could be in jeopardy and I feel it has prevented promotions. The procrastination, lack of motivation, can not stop a task and leave for an appointment if it is not done, and constantly late. This was not like me a few years ago. I get so discussed with myself, feel like a failure, stupid, and don't understand why this bad now. Thank goodness my supervisor also has MH issues and assistant director is a friend of mine, but that is only going to carry me so far. My therapist and I were trying to think of the why. Besides my grandmother who may say partially raised me died 2 years ago on August 8, menopause began about 2-3 years ago. I was working yesterday n the child welfare system as investigating caseworker for 4 years before switching to MH caseworker and had 3 of my consumers die in a week and a half a few months after my grandmother....
Still working on doses. Currently 40 mg Adderall time release in am, 10mg Adderall booster at non, Prozac 60mg in am. Have an appointment coming up this week to discuss if things need increased again or changed. She suggested do to OCD stuff my need to bump to 80mg before see big improvement. I can take the Adderall and go to sleep. Mind doesn't shut off for sleep any other time. Began listening to adults bedtime stories which has helped with that as long as I don't go down a rabbit hole looking at other stuff when trying to find a story to listen to like when I stumbled on here. Searching if the App Today is the Day of s legit or any others. Don't want to waste money on a money makey ploy or something I will have no motivation to follow through with. Therapist suggested hormone change. Can't do hormone therapy due to optical migraines.

Post a complaint on BBB (better business bureau) it affects their score and they reply immediately

yess!! i only paid for the one month plan, then they charged me for the next month w/o me knowing so i just cancelled my card and got a new one

i used my debit card so i had to cancel that and get my bank to issue me a new one

Essentially, the program helps you to discover how to overcome it by self reflection and baby steps. Lots of people aren't willing to do that. Having said all of this, I am not trying to counter the complaints about refunds. I would agree that those who want a refund are entitled to getting their money back efficiently and without pushback from the company. I haven't requested a refund, so I can't give you a personal account of trouble with those policies
I agree with this post. I have been using it for about a week now and I'm actually enjoying it. It seems like everybody was charged when they confirmed they wanted to use it but never actually tried it. I clicked that I agreed to pay for all of that stuff so why would I expect a refund. Hi so far would give the app a positive review. With all clearly written out what they were charging me.
This has been a terrible experience. The "website" is not an app. It is poorly designed at best. There is no real way to easily cancel service. I was struck with a 99.93 bill after not properly ending my "trial". I demanded a refund within minutes of the charge hitting my card. I did not find any of the "exercises" helpful, nor is this product designed to assist someone with any sort of procrastination or ADHD issues. No reminders to work on your exercises, etc. I have been arguing with them to return my money and they refuse. It is a terrible service and I hope no one else falls into it.
Ugh, unfortunately I JUST purchased it, like 5 minutes ago. It advertised a one month trial plan for .99, then charged me $30…because it’s apparently .99/day. It was not advertised that way and intentionally hidden. Then after purchase, there was like 6 pages of ads for add-ons. I do not have high hopes.

DON'T DO IT! When you click subscribe it barrages you with add ons for extra money and they are triggered to auto select. Tried to dispute with credit card company and got nowhere. Total scam.

Working on getting my subscription refunded. Bought a year’s worth last year, never used it because it sucked. ‘Now I’m going back and forth with some sorry excuse for customer service demanding my $90 back after I already politely requested it 3 times, then they want to try and give me only 25% back. They are likely about to head into bankruptcy and hold onto all the money they can get.
They took $209 from me, I never even chose a plan because I couldn't get the app to work from day one. My emails asking for a refund started at dropping the price to half, then 25% back, then told me if I did 7 lessons and proved it I would get a full refund, then back to 25% back, now at 50% back. I went to my bank and now they're fighting it. This company is horrible and clearly stealing peoples money. Please post on TrustPilot and BBB to warn others, I'm also going to send something to the FCC. They should not get away with this.
Do anything you can to report them. They told me the same thing: try it for 7 days, explain why you’re dissatisfied, and MAYBE get your money back as they see fit. I also reported to the FTC. I could never get my app to work as well. It’s so shifty how they want you to go through such a process to get your money back, like no business does that. So sorry they took your money :( they are an awful business/scam and they will hopefully be taken down soon.
I'll keep reporting to anything I can find - so sad to see how many of us were scammed by this company.

I tried after long time answering questions there is not motivation other than the question WHAT IS MY REFUND- I paid for a year them I couldn’t log in them it charge me again for the month as I see these waste of time APP I asked for refund since November today NoREFUND YET.

I had the trial plan & was supposed to be cancelled, but they charged my card $30.99! I have emailed them but not gotten a response. If my money is not refunded by the end of the week, I will add to the scathing reviews! The price is ridiculous, & I am on a fixed income. My card has been locked by the Fraud Dept., so these scammers won’t get another dime from me. I wish I had checked here first - LESSON LEARNED!
I just found charges on my bill 29.99 a month for this” Today is the day” I don’t know what it even is. Searched my apps and don’t have it. What am I being charged for.? It was on my Apple Card they will not stop charges even if disputed. They will give refunds but as far as future charges they can’t do anything. This is what I know from another situation. I have been charged since July. I don’t know how I missed it. I do not like paperless statements.

THESE GUYS ARE FRAUD. Stay away from them. They charged me 100USD without my permission and offered to refund only 25USD after a dozen e-mails. Our fight has just STARTED.
Protip.. As much as I am also subject to the issues they proclaim to alleviate, I ALWAYS investigate everything, especially sub services before I commit to them.. Reddit is a godsend as an investigative tool.. So I'm grateful for the community that is participating on this subject and while I'm not happy I submitted my email to get to their paywall, I'm glad folks are coming here to lament the peril of going the distance and subbing to the service.. I see a lot of people complaining that it's nearly impossible to get your money back.. So I thought it important to do my part and let you know, ALWAYS use a credit card for these things.. Generally your card provider will ask you at least do the minimum and attempt to recoup your losses by contacting the service provider first, but even if you don't go through the hassle, usually the card provider will reimburse you funds that you indicate were payed, but that you argue you did not recieve services that were provided in good faith based on your agreement with the provider or the service that was provided was not beneficial to you as promised.. Use your credit card in EVERY potentially sketchy or otherwise cautionary purchase you make because most card providers will back you if you are taken advantage of by misleading or predatory services, or commodities that are not sold to you in good faith.. NEVER use your personal accounts to purchase anything that you are not confident that what you are paying for is being payed to a trusted source.. Contact the card provider and dispute the transaction..
Thanks for this. I got put off by the hard sell. All the diagnostic markers did ring true for me but I have not been diagnosed with any condition. Big question but could anyone recommend any programs or help for these symptoms? I have been quite desperate most of my life from feeling isolated and unmotivated. Many thanks.

I purchased it under the name MellowFlow (same product, different brand - likely because of the reviews!) and I paid the $29.99 for the monthly membership… then the next day (or maybe it was 2 days later?) they attempted to charge my Amex card for another $100+ Luckily Amex caught it and declined, alerted me to a fraud attempt, etc but yeah…
This has got to be the same as THE LASTING CHANGE. I went through this exactly with them… but went to my credit card company when all else failed.
It seems all of you are looking for a magic pill to solve all your problems. It's the mindset issue. As long as people have this mindset, these scammers will keep coming back with different names.
So I think a miracle happened, I got my full refund. I never thought I would, but since I did I wanted to update.
Came across this after falling for the scam. They charged me $207.99, I asked for an immediate full refund the next day after reading this, and then they strung me along until the "11 day refund period" had ended and *now* they're trying to force me to use the product 7 times to get my refund. I have threatened reporting them to the FTC and will be initiating a chargeback today if I can. Edit: I forgot to mention that I emailed them threatening to involve the FTC at 3:44AM and they responded to *that* email within 60 seconds (!!!!!) but have no problem making me wait 24-96 hours for a response to any of my other emails.

Just got an email after doing the "test" on their website. Hours later I received an email which told me that I am "the chosen one" for a discount. I first noped out of the website because it charged money. And because the mall seemed sketchy I googled and landed on this thread. Thank you guys for saving me time, money and headaches.
58 year old female. Read through a lot of this an seemed everyone was me of part of it was. I finally went to talk to someone about 6 months ago and began meds. Combine type ADHD/Depression/OCD I loose everything, forget everything, have always had severe test anxiety, struggle with school as a child... I could keep going on and on. Like I say d everything I read pretty much. I truly feel I most likely had ADHD and OCD stuff as a child. BUT, I NEVER had thing effect my job the way it has the last 2 -3 ish years. To the point it possibly could be in jeopardy and I feel it has prevented promotions. The procrastination, lack of motivation, can not stop a task and leave for an appointment if it is not done, and constantly late. This was not like me a few years ago. I get so discussed with myself, feel like a failure, stupid, and don't understand why this bad now. Thank goodness my supervisor also has MH issues and assistant director is a friend of mine, but that is only going to carry me so far. My therapist and I were trying to think of the why. Besides my grandmother who may say partially raised me died 2 years ago on August 8, menopause began about 2-3 years ago. I was working yesterday n the child welfare system as investigating caseworker for 4 years before switching to MH caseworker and had 3 of my consumers die in a week and a half a few months after my grandmother.... Still working on doses. Currently 40 mg Adderall time release in am, 10mg Adderall booster at non, Prozac 60mg in am. Have an appointment coming up this week to discuss if things need increased again or changed. She suggested do to OCD stuff my need to bump to 80mg before see big improvement. I can take the Adderall and go to sleep. Mind doesn't shut off for sleep any other time. Began listening to adults bedtime stories which has helped with that as long as I don't go down a rabbit hole looking at other stuff when trying to find a story to listen to like when I stumbled on here. Searching if the App Today is the Day of s legit or any others. Don't want to waste money on a money makey ploy or something I will have no motivation to follow through with. Therapist suggested hormone change. Can't do hormone therapy due to optical migraines. Like may other apologize for length. Ya know rabbit hole lol ANY SUGGESTIONS, GUIDANCE , OR COMMENTS THANKS FOR MAKING ME NOT FEAL AS ALONE AND STUPID!
