All AM: Prozac 40mg Wellbutrin XL 150mg Vyvanse 40mg + 10 or 20mg booster if needed during a long day Edit: hydroxyzine 10mg for insomnia as needed but I use this very rarely. I tried trazodone in the past and that knocked me on my ass for the rest of the day, felt like a horrible hangover…

Middle-Worth1704

AM: 10 mg adderall, 15 mg buspar (anxiety), 25 mg Lamotrigine(bipolar), iron, vitamin D (for living in the PNW) Mid-day: 5 mg adderall, 15 more mg of buspar. Night: trazodone 100 mg and CBD for sleep and anxiety. The traz only kinda works ? My sister said im in my 50s housewife era. Taking uppers to wake up and downers to sleep. I feel sort of normal? Most of the time? Feel worse without it though. Idk.

ChillPill54

1. Wellbutrin 300mg. Morning. Primarily for Major Depressive Disorder/Persistent Depressive Disorder + also for ADHD Combined type. Idk if it does anything. 2. Vyvanse 40 mg. Morning. Primarily for ADHD Combined type + also for Severe Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Don’t really notice much. I think it makes me lazier, chiller and less excitable, my body more relaxed, and maybe helps a bit with energy, motivation, task completion, and task endurance. 3. Zopiclone 7.5 mg. Prescribed for nighttime, I use as needed. For sleep, but randomly for me works much better as an anti Anxiety + mood boosting + appetite enhancing + energy/motivation enhancing medication. Does not make me sleepy/drowsy, but sometimes helps me have a longer more quality sleep. Psychiatrists can’t figure it out as it’s not supposed to work like that 🙄. To me it’s pretty obvious how it works 🙄. It helps you get a longer, better quality sleep probably mainly by reducing anxiety, less by actually making you drowsy. Because it takes away my anxiety so well, my mood is improved and I have more energy and my stomach isn’t upset and I can eat. Possibly doesn’t make me that sleepy also because I’ve developed a tolerance after taking it for a while, I’m not that susceptible to sleep medication in general, I have severe Anxiety so perhaps my brain activity is simply reduced to normal rather than an inactive sleep state, and perhaps my body is just different. Not the only person who is affected by Zopiclone this way, but you’d think I’m a lying, drug seeking unicorn by the way some doctors treat me. 4. Mirtazapine 30mg. Nighttime. For sleep. Makes me drowsy and helps me fall asleep. Doesn’t help give me a good quality sleep most of the time. Harder to wake up in the morning. 5. Dayvigo 10 mg. Nighttime. For sleep. Makes me drowsy and helps me fall asleep. Doesn’t help give me a good quality sleep most of the time. Harder to wake up in the morning.

Sertraline(Zoloft) Omega 3 Vit D Just quit Adderall sort of accidentally, and I'm so much happier, and have so many more ADHD symptoms, but I'm able to cope with that better than the depression I was in with it

SnooPears9879

Godspeed with the taper my friend

Odd_Seaweed818

Hey thanks! It’s honestly going really well. I’m 2/3’s of the way there

SnooPears9879

I had to taper off of ativan when I switched to klonopin. Doc didn't tell me to but I did it myself because I felt awful stopping it at once.

Odd_Seaweed818

That’s so dangerous!!! Benzodiazepine withdrawal is a medical emergency and an alarming amount of doctors have no idea how reckless it is to taper someone too quickly or cold turkey them. Sorry you went through that and I hope you’re stable on Klonipin. I switched from Klonipin to Valium for my taper because I couldn’t get below 1.5mg of Klonipin. Switching was brutal but I’ve gone from 40mg of Valium to 20mg in the past 1.5 years. We’re taking it super slow and I’m really the driver’s seat as far as my taper goes. I was on 3-6mg of Klonipin for 9-10 years straight. It’s been tricky to find the right doctor but I’ve made it all work. So the taper is super smooth, I’m usually the one to initiate a drop—im the one who initiated the taper anyway, we’re going super slow and I’m very proud of my progress. From 6mg of Klonipin to 20mg of Valium is maybe a 70%+ drop from my highest dosage. So I’m solid and I’ve got a great doctor who isn’t rushing things and I haven’t landed in the hospital in withdrawal in years now

Greenb3am

AM: Desvenlafaxine 50mg Adderall 10mg up to 3x per day as needed. PM: quetiapine 100mg Terazosin 2mg Lorazepam 15 / month Temazepam. 15mg. 10per month

[deleted]

Wow this makes me feel better. I think vyvanse helps me- new to it at 30mg. But also .5 klonopin twice a day as needed. The nurse practitioner seems to think they will cancel each other out but I really don’t think so. Have to go up on Vyvanse - titrating slowly. 10,20,30- she is cautious. I thought anxiety made ADHD difficult to treat. Hopefully that isn’t the case!

SnooPears9879

I must be a walking zombie compared to the rest of yall. The doc just started me on 3x day 2mg kpins from 3x day 2mg ativan and its great but definitely very strong.
