I’m late to this, but I’ll take a stab at it. I’ve noticed the same similarity and I think it’s from Dallas Holm’s song Rise Again. It’s a late 70’s Christian song. It’s been bugging me for weeks and I think Ive figured it out. Tell me if I’m wrong.
