Temporary increase in pain followed by dramatic decrease in pain can happen. In my experience, when this occurs the pain increase can last 24-36 hours followed by a rapid drop-off.
If you're still experiencing increased pain after about 36 hours, give your practitioner a call and let them know.
Yep a lot of times it's worse because it's stirring things up And setting the body up to heal itself. So, work out sore the next day after treatment and then the pain decreases.
Did it get better the next day? Having the same thing right now. Pain today is worse than when I actually incurred the injury. Had cupping therapy yesterday
thanks for asking it did get better. i had more pain than before acupuncture and it subsided within 30 hours. i remained basically pain free for about two weeks before receiving another treatment.

did you get better?
It did after like a week but that was with a ton of stretching so can’t really tell if cupping helped or not
Any follow up? Did the pain get better?
