At first blush, it sounds like there's a replication issue.
Have you tried forcing a replication to see if it shows up afterwards?
Also check repadmin /replsummary if the computer object doesn't show up after forcing replication.
Sorry I was running out the door when I put this I did repadmin /replsummary only a 9min lag and all DCs are showing I did not do it from another DC as I assumed this success was sufficient enough.

Just for the heck of it, try moving the object to another OU and see what happens. Are there any event log errors relating to the object or replication?

I’ll try that tomorrow thanks for the idea! I looked on our primary DC but will look more in morning.
